Bad service. They close dine in 10.30 , 9.45 and they are closed had to go to the drive thru and they didn't give me condiments... when I asked for them they gave me an attitude and no we don't have ranch for your jalapeño poppers. Read more
This is my second review and I was upset to get to my house half an hour away and half my order wasn't in the bag, I get here to... claim what I paid for but the young lady didn't give me a receipt and I was questioned and I felt so upset but I had no proof,next time I'll ask for a receipt and check my order before I leave the window. Updated Review ? I tried out the new and improved sourdough star burger here and it tasted pretty alright ???? This is whats... included: Sourdough bun Beef patty Lettuce Tomatoe Cheese Mayo and some other type of sauce which is carls jr signaturesauce. They include a single or double patty option and it tastes better than the last sourdough burger they had before, justdont save the burger for later since it quickly goes bad going very soft and losing its flavor if you reheat it in themicrowave. As for an overall review, they dont make good quality burgers here, i can confirm because i tried multiple itemsfrom this location and other carls jrs. The pattys come very small making the idea that they freeze their patties which loselots of the flavor and size when they go to cook your food, they have new employees from time to time so its understandable thatthey forgot to get my drink as ive been waiting a good 10 minutes in the parking lot. I give this place a 2 out of 5 but aplace id still come to eat, ill update my review in the future to see if they change for the better, if not this review staysthe same. Read more
Carl?s Jr. always had that fire cooked taste to it there burger for me. I really like there food. Now I did order the Big Carl... and it come with a little bit too much sauce/mayo on it. Great tasting burger but next time I?ll make sure to tell them to goeasy on it. Also, for you Veterans out there, don?t forget to ask for you a 10% veterans discount. Read more
Man... Carl's has been my favorite for a long time, this was one of many sad outings at this location over the last 6 months and... I've had enough. Come on Carls.. roached, refried dried out, cold chicken and zucchini, "no ranch or house dressing available"... man, whoever running quality control here needs to be fired.. much better options around the corner. It hurts me to write areview like this about Carl's, but I keep it real. When I reached out about this experience I was ignored.. so will thislocation next time I want to spend 40 bucks to feed my family.. go elsewhere ppl. Read more
