Just did a quick stop for a drink I went in the bathroom , low and behold I get to the bus stop and realize I left my cell in... the stall so I run all the way back and walked in there panting for air and it was as if he was waiting for me and pulls out myphone from behind the counter with a big old smile, it was as soothing as the feel of my cell phone back on my hands...thank youguys!! ???? and after all these years still crazy about the 1/3-Pound Lettuce-Wrapped Thickburger.. Saturday, 6pm, 10/8. Drove through with our daughter, her little friend, and our dog. Last minute sleep over, and we didn't have... enough for our sleep over guest, so we went through Carl's. We only dealt with one employee, so can't speak on the rest, but shewas so sweet, above and beyond bubbly, even acknowledged the pooch. Close cropped, naturally curly hair, purple tint????. It was delicious other than a certain amount of people invading personal intellectual sensitivity and people harassing me. Other... than that pretty good food. I would consider coming back with the cooperation of having nicer staff around with good hearts,willing to be nice and never bullying/antagonizing anyone trying to enjoy a hamburger or anything else on the menu. I wanna say I?ve been too dozens of different carls Jr and I always only order the big Carl combo and I always get wilted nasty... lettuce but this location more often than not I get fresh lettuce fresh buns and partially melted cheese it?s always excellent . Read more
Tastes like good ol Carl's. Always have had friendly customer service. Only complaint is the homeless. I understand there isn't... much that can be done but it does bring down the overall image. Read more
