Just got one of they're new breakfast burritos, tastless and tiny, this thing should be called a snacker, you can go to any... Albertos and get a breakfast burrito as big as your forearm for the same price, stick to the burgers and sandwiches, those aregreat! Read more

The stupidity of their current staff is MIND BOGGLING. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese and a 6 piece... jalapeño poppers. Totaling $9.86. I proceed to the window where I give the cashier $10.11 with the intention on getting a solidquarter back. He tries to hand me 24 cents in loose change back, most of it drops on the ground and I'm left with 2 pennies inmy hand. (In what world would a cashier not immediately assume that's not correct? WHY IN GOD'S NAME WOULD I WANT MORE CHANGETHAN I ALREADY GAVE YOU?!) He hands me my bag and shuts the window... there's no sauce for my poppers in the bag. When IFINALLY get his attention by flailing my left arm out the window he hands me 2 sauces and I head off. At home I open my sandwichto find a chicken sandwich with JALAPEÑO SLICES... NOT PEPPERJACK CHEESE. To add to the mess they have NO MANAGER ON DUTY TOHANDLE COMPLAINTS and I was told by some ridiculous shift lead that I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK. After explaining to her that inthe customer service world you NEVER MAKE A CUSTOMER CALL BACK she reluctantly took my number... I'm guessing I'll never receivea call from a Manager. Read more
