Takes almost a half hour to get food. This place is way understaffed, definitely don't get the quality service that I'm known to... get at Carl's. Read more

Be careful when going thru the drive thru, the entrance can be a bit tricky, you will find yourself backing up thinking your... going to the motel directly behind it if it's your first time there????, other than that their soda's are good and cold???? Read more

7/7/22 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I Drove to the window around 11:30pm to return a chicken sandwich, when I previously tried... to order a Chicken SALAD. Mind you, My man was the person that ordered, he came home with the wrong item. I had tried callingnumerous times before I even drove back to this location, was told they stop picking up phone calls at 8pm (should definitelyhave a sign up considering they're 24 hrs) plus, We NEVER received a receipt in the bag. (I am a past Carls Jr employee so Isomewhat remember how issues likes these can be handled through their system.) I explained the situation, and was hassled abouta receipt numerous times when I kept telling them that was an issue on the person who gave us our order....I was then told by afemale employee that they would not refund me unless I could prove we just ordered. "YEAH RIGHT!" She was extremelyunprofessional and definitely made it blatant that "I was rude" in response to her not so helpful attitude. I kept telling herto look up the past receipts in the system like an employee with some knowledge on how to handle these situations normallywould....instead she felt the need to argue back and fourth with me instead, like a CHILD! Long story short, got my sevendollars back after 20 minutes. These dummies probably found the receipt they " ALWAYS" put in peoples bags (BS) on the floor orstill on the receipt machine....can't fool someone who was once in your shoes kid. I will not be going back to this location andhope management trains their employees on how to approach situations like these better without emotions poking out, Y'all are onthe clock and should have the restraint to act like sensible workers regardless of how the customer reacts. Worst Carl's Jr I've ever been to. To say this place is unorganized is an understatement. Went with my girlfriend and ordered 2... Beyond Famous Stars, one with two beyond patties, one regular. The cashier rang it up as 2 Regular Famous Stars and added aBeyond Patty to one of them. Don't know what was going through his head, but usually when someone orders beyond, it's because wedon't want to eat meat. Had to sit through the drive thru for 15 minutes, watching the "team" scramble to fix our order. In thattime I witnessed: The guy who took our order looking mad for his own mistake while getting lectured about it. I also saw anotherteam member with half her shirt off walking around eating a burger. We were also ignored by other team members when we wereclearly trying to communicate with them. Oh and this whole time our fixed order was just sitting there already finished. The guytried to give us someone else's order, as if he didn't just see us 5 minutes before, then someone else gave us our food. Butthere was only one burger in the bag, so we were now missing a whole burger, which took another couple minutes to make. Alsothere was a chicken star in our fries, which my girlfriend bit into. Use to have good experience but no more. Used app to order food then all my points disappeared. Then when got to pickup meal... told no drink is included in 20 dollars paid meal. And wouldn't look at app on my phone. They told me I could buy a drinkseparately even though I already paid for it. I rate no stars like they did to my account when they took them all. Poor service.
