Was there for a bday party yesterday. Yes, it was crazy busy but the staff was on it! They were friendly and attentive, quick to... bring us whatever we needed. Most importantly, all the kids had a blast!! Shout out to Eileen for all her help with the stuckballs and clearing the lanes quickly so the kids could keep bowling!! Read more

Cute decor, small arcade for kids. Cool beer tube that wasn't to expensive. Food was ok. Went for a birthday party and everyone... seemed to enjoy themselves. Not a lot of seating for disabled or elderly guest, since most seating is stool. But they did have alounge area behind lanes that could accommodate them. Read more

When I tried checking out they changed their price on me. When I checked in I told the employee I wanted the lane for the hour... and he proceeding to give us shoes and the lane. When we tried checking out they start claiming they charge per game and not perhour. It was only 3 of us bowling and each game takes about 10 minutes so it added up fast. I asked to speak to the managerbecause the employee that checked us in never stated it was per game it was especially confusing because I specifically told himI wanted the lane for the hour and he didn?t correct me with how they charge. When the manager Karen comes over she is ruderight off the bat. Claiming it isn?t her problem and I have to pay. When I tell her what had happened she tried pointing up tothe prices and they weren?t on the screen. That?s when another employee tells her they took the prices down the day before. Shelooks back at me and tells me you?re lucky I?m not charging you for the hour because it?s double what I?m charging you now. Itell her you don?t even have the prices up who?s to say you aren?t changing them for everyone. She said are you going to signthe receipt or not because I have better stuff to do. She then walked away without finishing our conversation. Definitely notgoing back. Also lane 18 glitched half the time so it wasn?t even accurate. Read more
