Ordered a pizza for my son. While I was waiting for it I hear the lady say we have an extra simple pie if anyone wants it... talking to the workers. Then says ooopss never mind. Meanwhile it has my name on the paper. She continues to put it in a boxand give it to a guy witout even calling out the name. I said isn?t that my pizza ? She said ooopss ! Didn?t even bother to tellthem to make me another one. I had to. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor because she didn?t even apologize. She didn?t care.So the guy that was there said he was the shift lead meanwhile he saw it all and didn?t even apologize I asked for a managernumber. He didn?t even want to give me that. No one ever apologized or took responsibility for their mistake. Everytime I comehere it?s always an issue. They need to hire people who actually have customer service skills. On 10/16/22 at about 130pm (Sunday), i drove through Riverside traffic to specifically eat here. Upon arrival i was greeted at... the front door by an employee who stopped me from opening the door and letting myself into the restaurant. He apologized to mydaughter and I and stated that they were closed for the next 25 to 30 minutes. He went on to say that they were understaffed andneeded to "catch up" because they were too busy. I could see, inside the restaurant and noticed that there wasn't much of aline. I don't know how long they had made the decision to suddenly be "closed" prior to my arrival, but from what i saw, theydidn't appear to be overwhelmed anymore. I highly doubt whoever is in charge of that store would be ok with that. Anyway,needless to say, we we're told nicely, that we couldn't come in to eat, because they were too busy for any more customers. Weate next door instead. When we left, there was a sign on the door that read, "closed til 330pm". Terrible.... Read more
Love their pizza and I got free desert. The family always enjoys make their pizza how they like it. Enjoy every time.
I love Blaze usually, but man whoever made my pizza literally 30 minutes ago must have had a real bad day. I like garlic, but... is 2 and a half cloves on a large really necessary? Or the 3 basil stems? Putting 2/3 of the toppings in the center making itdoughy and raw? My moms pizza is much more reasonably topped, ordered at the same time. Mine was dug thru because I may as wellsalvage the garlic and use it for cooking, I really wish I took a picture instead of having faith that it's still cookedcorrectly. I get work is stressful but no need to destroy my food over it? Postmates won't refund this disaster, so I guess Iget to throw approx $18 in to the garbage. I'll order again, but not for a while. 1st time going with my brother. I got a large 2-topping pizza hand tossed with marinara sauce, grilled chicken and fresh... sausage olive oil drizzle, Fresh oregano, With fresh mozzarella cheese bread and 2 crisp 20 oz bottles of Coca-Cola. My wife and I recently had a bad experience when other patrons were standing too close to us and weren't wearing their masks... properly so we called corporate and they took care of us. They listened to our complaint and they offered us 2 free pizzas forour next visit and when we came back, the manager took her time to make our pizzas and was very kind. Thank you Blaze Pizza! Blaze Pizza, even at its busiest, does not skimp on food or customer service. When it is crowded, it is still a quick process in... ordering and receiving pizza. The staff always ask if they can take your trash, if you need anything, and are usually somefriendly folk. The place is style galore; love the busy feeling of the venue.
