Clean place and great service, no wait when we went. It tasted good overall 8/10
Difficult parking, but worth the effort. I was greeted warmly in the air conditioned and clean environment. I was looking on... my phone for the coupon and the young man patiently waited for me to acknowledge he was waiting for me. He had my order readybefore I got to the register! Would leave NO stars if able too. Store hours and google both show that the store closes at 10pm. There are 2 ladies in the... store cleaning up. Soon as they saw me walking up to the store they went to go hide in the back. As I'm sitting here writingthis, one of the girls popped her head out to see if we were still here and turned off the light's. It's still an hour tooclosing. The current new Hispanic lady cheated me in my order; I ordered a quart, & she half filled it stating "it goes by weight."... That's never been the case before, and if that's the case why have a quart size container if it's not going to be filled. Rightat the counter I hit container twice and contents shook down to half full. I'm so ????, so this 31 flavors is not the place tocome for cool ice cream, only to leave hotter than it is outside!! The service here is bad. The guy who helped us was rushing and we could barely get out what we wanted. The scoops were... disproportionate and when we asked if he could make both orders with the same amount of ice cream he got an attitude andrefused. This is the last time we come here. Read more
Got a ice cream cake and the Box said Oreo ice cream with chocolate cake the guy repeated it to make sure thats what we wanted.... My son was very disappointed when we cut his cake since he loves Oreos. It was vanilla ice cream with chocolate cake.Unfortunately we are not going to take the cake back Read more
