UPDATE: Tonight i was very unhappy to get the burger I have been buying from here since they opened. Just to find that the meat... patty was thinner then the tomato slice, i mean we are talking less then 1/8 inch thick. It was probably the same thicknees asthe cheese. Flavor was no longer balanced as it normally is. I am very dissatisfied that I will now have to look around for aplace that makes a good burger again. They have dropped to a 2 star review. See photo of the new super slim beef patty. Thefood here is consistantly hot fresh and good. The owner of this store must stay on top of the quality of food and serviceprovided here. I met him at the grand opening and saw that he was very serious about these things. Great place to go and no longlines like in and out anywhere. Food here is usually very hot and fresh. While they have slipped a bit on their quality sincetheir grand opening I still prefer their food over other places in the area. I would like to see them bring their freshness andquality and service back to what it was for the first 6 months they were open. At that time I would brag about how good theywere Restaurant is clean employees are professional. I feel very comfortable dining here. Read more
I'm going to say the food is still good but the size and portions have really went down since I was younger. And this location... was one of my favorites until today! The older dark skin women was unprofessional and clearly not happy with her job! Maybe sheneeds to be a cook or something. The African-American lady in the window is the rudest person I?ve ever dealt with. She has no customer service skills at all... whatsoever she?s probably been doing his job too long and doesn?t like the job anymore. Soon as the window open she just said$12 and that?s it no greeting no smile no sign of satisfaction whatsoever horrible customer service if you ask me. Then I askedfor more ketchup and hot sauce and she looked at me crazy. And she got my order wrong I ordered three sandwiches she only gaveme two. And they barely had any egg in the sandwich . Seems like this place really went downhill and the quality as well as thecustomer service. First, you don't bring the food to the tables anymore? Guy at the counter just stared at me when I asked. Second, you changed... the tortilla and left off half of my burrito. Yummy! The staff was really friendly and I liked the atmosphere here. Although their drive thru was super busy, we got our food... quickly and without any issues. I would check this Baker?s out. I recommend getting some fries and a milkshake too! Read more
