Real sweet staff, service was top shelf. The manager was showing some new staff the ropes , so it took a little longer than... usual to get our food; as with many places with new hires, but they where so sweet and they completely made up for it with thevoucher we were given. Honestly they didn?t even take long so it?s sweet they take so much care to making sure us, thecustomers, are taken care of. Thank you Arbys staff me and my family had a great experience here! Was anxious to try the fish and chips they've been advertising. The fish was good, but the fries were not very warm and we're... soft, not crispy. We ordered on the app, but we did it in the parking lot, so it's not like the food was sitting there a longtime. In fact, it was ready as soon as we walked in. Overall, a fair visit this time. Seen the commercial for the hushpuppy fish. Thought it looked great. Seen the price when I ordered was like ok I can deal with... that. Then when I get home and open my meal this is what I get. Not worth the price save your money. I should of stuck towhat I known and went to California fish grill. Read more

Today I got the classic beef & cheddar meal with curly fries and a drink. Also ordered a side of sharp white cheddar mac n... cheese. It was all delicious. The sandwich was hot and the cheese sauce is very tasty and much better than a slice of cheese. Iespecially enjoyed the toasted onion bun, so nice and soft. The fries were 4 out of 5, tasty but slightly chewy for some reason.The mac was really delicious! It was creamy and rich with tons of flavor and bite from the sharp cheddar. The pasta itself had anice chew "aldente" (not overdone and mushy like most fast food Mac n cheese). Although it was more than I would like to spendon a quick lunch, I would order this again anytime. I'm actually looking forward to going back to Arby's and trying some morethings on the menu. ???? P.S. the ranch was very good also they keep it in the refrigerator so it is nice and cold (nothingworse than hot ranch dressing) and it has excellent flavor ???????????? I pulled into Arby?s drive-through today. I ordered six sliders. I parked in the parking lot to eat my food and The one roast... beef slider was barely warm. The 5 pizza were not even warm at all.
