I?m a huge, longtime Zao fan. Never been disappointed here, until tonight. Me and my wife stopped by, grabbed a couple wraps,... and brought them home. Not only did they make my burrito much smaller than normal, the rice was so severely undercooked we hadto keep spitting bites out because it was literally hurting our teeth to eat. Best part is that I spent $12 to spit myundercooked, skimpy wrap into the trash. Only reason I have a couple stars were for the nice employees.
