The worst experience I've ever had anywhere.. 11:40am my partner and I arrived at Subway on Riverdale Road and it was completely... empty, we were the only customers. When we arrived there were two employees, one disappeared to the back and left the only otheremployee to make two sandwiches. Sunday's sandwich was meatball and they didn't even have it. It took the kid 10+ minutes tomake two sandwiches.. The whole time they never once made eye contact and they continually stared out the window. It waspainfully awkward! The veggies were also very poor and should have been thrown out, not used on paying customerssandwiches.. The entire interaction with the employee was uncomfortable and they really showed they hated their job. Afterproviding payment I went to wash my hands and there was no paper towels. My partner and I checked every single table for a cleanone to no avail, the place was filthy! Mind you, it's almost noon and completely dead. Every table was dirty, the chips werepoorly stocked, the lid station was terribly mismanaged, the soda area was a disaster with sticky soda stains and a leaky icemachine with electrical cords sitting in standing water! The second employee finally emerged from the back to go to thebathroom, after which both employees sat at the table behind us and started watching videos on their phones! After eating Iwent back to the restroom to wash my hands and even though an employee had used the bathroom recently, there were still no papertowels and there was trash on the floor! The entire time we only ever saw two teenagers working, never once did we see a manageror an adult. I managed to take photos of the whole store and the two employees never even noticed, I even got pictures of themactively neglecting their jobs. The best Subway around. Idk why, but this one is always better than the others. Consistent good quality and efficient service.

At 2:45 on Saturday we walked in didn't get any greeting even tho she was right behind the counter. First word outta her mouth... were. What can I get ya? Not even hello. I work customer service and choose to do my job right. If you don't like your jobchange it. Plus the tables were a mess the ice machine was out and no napkins. I ordered on the app. I ordered a Footlong BLT with mayo, light lettuce and extra bacon. And a MexiCali footlong with banana... peppers and light lettuce. After driving 15 minutes back home. I find out that I received a sandwich with bacon, tomato, bananapeppers, onions and chipotle sauce. And a MexiCali with zero lettuce and zero avocado. I called the store back to be told by theemployee who answered that the only way I could get a refund would be to call the next morning and speak with a manager as bothemployees currently working were on their first day. What manager leaves two first day employees in a store alone with minimaltraining?! This is embarrassing. I have ordered on the app many times and at many different locations and have never been sodisappointed. Guess I?ll have to wait and see what happens. Hopefully the manager is there tomorrow. 7-30-2022 at 7:40 pm. I walk into Subway and I see two employees sitting at the table. One of the employees had headphones on... screaming profanity really loud, I'm guessing he was playing video games. They both look at me and then he continues with hisphone yelling. I understand being on break or whatever but seriously you are there to work not to hang out. This is what happenswhen you only hire kids. Will not be coming back. If this is the way you're going to represent your locally owned business it'sdefinitely not a good look. Read more

I asked to add bacon to my sandwich, and the two girls (who were very nice) DID NOT HEAT the bacon. Maybe they were new. But... that is basic food safety stuff. Definitely won?t be returning to this location. Read more

Avoid this location like the plague. Placed an online order at about 730 and set my pick up time for 840. Paid online and... everything. So imagine my surprise when I went to pick up my order and they were closed. Reached out to the website customerservice thing the owner reaches out the next day. Says he would void the order to get my money back. After a day or 2 noreversal on my CC. Reached out again the owner says he was unable to void it and would send a check the next morning. 2 dayslater received a nice un crisp 20 dollar bill and a note apologizing.So everything is good now you ask, umm no since my ordertotal was 35 dollars.So I don't get the fact that if they had to close early void the sale then and there to avoid all this. Andto only pay a little more than half back to me and ignoring me when I email him back to let him know he owes me more money. I'mnot asking for anything extra just my money back. Read more
