Updated 8/1/22 8pm Still messy, service from management is nasty and unfriendly. I rather not visit a store where you are given... a death stare and treated so poorly. Avoid this store. I like McDonalds. This location was out of coffe creamers and also out of knives and forks. They gave me my order of pancakes,... sausage and coffee and then told me to eat it with a spoon. Read more
I never really have faith in McDonald?s anymore. We came to this one (12/23/2021 @5:45) expecting the usual, order wrong, most... employees angry, dirty tables etc. I was pleasantly surprised. My son said he wanted nuggets and so that?s what I got. In true 3year old fashion he got it and proceeded to tell me he wanted a burger. The manager gave him one, for free. My 21 month olddropped his chocolate milk and instead of just giving us a ton of napkins or giving us a rag, the manager came and helped usclean it. Then I realized that my burger had lettuce even though the paper said no lettuce. I wasn?t even mad at this point. Ijust told him and he remade it immediately. And everything was quick. I ordered a McChicken Deluxe meal. My poor sandwich had a splat of mayo on one corner of the bun- slopping out of one side. The... chicken was OVERCOOKED - rubbery and not at all crispy and COLD. My fries has NO salt. Very disappointed. Also the lady takingmy order could at least pretend she's serving youby looking at you. Corporate would have ya'll go through training again. Read more
They gave me a parfait that was past the use by date. Also, the burger was so greasy I could squeeze the grease out. I know its... fast food, but I've been to McDonalds plenty of times and it has never been that bad. I took two bites and threw the whole thingaway. Definitely will not be going back to this location. McDonald?s is not well known for its cleanliness or service and this store is the absolute epitome of why. From the moment I... walked in, hoping to get a quick bite before doing my Walmart shopping, I was greeted with absolute disgust. Not a single tablewas clean, not a single exception. Trash on top, trash in the seats, trash on the floor. I?ll never eat here again. I?d ratherwalk in the cold to the store on riverdale road then step foot in this disaster.
