I used to go there about every other day for breakfast. But we get up late (retired) and now they ended all day breakfast I... haven?t been there in about a year, not even once. Food was super fresh. Place was clean. Food came out quick. Staff was a little hard to get ahold of for any issues, but honestly... I could easily overlook because of how nice restaurant was cleaned, stocked and looked. Definitely prefer this one then othersin the area. Read more
Seems like having the ice cream machine down during the hottest part of the year isn't the best business strategy. I know... McDonald's is a million dollar company, so it seems like they could get some one to fix it faster. And the associates don't needto be rude about it. Read more
They were so nice and helpful! They were obviously busy. We came during the lunch rush. The amazing lady at the front was quick,... but super considerate. I had my hands full with kiddos, and she was just thoughtful and made things a little easier for me. Theplay place was a little warm and stuffy so I asked about it. Not only did the McDonald?s not add my discount from the app without telling me but my Sausage Egg McMuffin was inedible. I have... had egg shells in my eggs hear before but they were tiny but this? this is not ok at all. I couldn?t eat my breakfast because Ikept finding more egg shells. Be very careful using the McDonald?s app at the drive thru. The employee added food to my $1.08 drink order without my... knowledge. I don?t usually ask for a receipt and when I did the kid stumbled his words and was like, ?Uh, your total is $16.89.?I said how? All I ordered was a drink. He said, ?Well, your card is charged already.? I then showed him the my phone with theapp and my $1.08 total. I asked him to reverse the other items he put on my order and he said, ?I can?t.? I then asked for amanager. Some young girl comes to the window and I explained that I didn?t order more than a drink. I then showed her my phoneand the real total from the app. She gave me a phone number to call to get my money back. I asked her name and store number andshe said, ?Actually, you can have the store number but I?m not required to give you my name.? Wait, what?!? How can I prove thatI?m driving away with no food or drink, yet you can charge my card from the app and not be able to refund it?!? Fast forward 9days, the franchise owner cannot be reached! The girl answering his phone is not helping at all! I?ve called several times andhe?s not returning my calls! It?s not that I?m out $16, it?s the point that the app can be manipulated by employees to be ableto add items unbeknownst to the customer! The kid was going to send me to the next window to get my drink if I hadn?t asked fora receipt! I think they are overcharging when the customer uses the app because it?s an instant charge to the card hoping thecustomer doesn?t ask for a receipt. I feel that they are stealing cash and replacing it with extra charges to customers cardsthat are attached to the app!!! I have used the app for over a year now with no problems until now.
