Online ordered for delivery around 7:30pm and received a text 30 minutes later saying the order was canceled. Tried to order... again and it also got canceled, yet my card was charged for both orders for why? A donut shop can?t even do the basic originalglazed. Stop stealing from customers. I would give a zero if I could! Terrible service and they can't own their mistakes. These are NOT donuts and look like garbage!... Avoid this location at all costs!!!! Asked them to exchange them and they told me they can't control how the donuts turnout...... It's called quality control and this location has gone down the toilet. During the summer our soccer team did afundraiser and they sold me a huge stack of expired vouchers!!!!!! I will never come back here Read more

Easily the worst krispy kreme location to exist. Awful customer service, the employees are unprofessional and rude. They do not... honor company wide deals like dollar dozens. The donuts look nothing like what?s advertised they often aren?t decorated orfilled and come in various odd shapes. When you pay this much for dounuts it is very disappointing to open your box to see yetagain a poorly done box. The lobby is also still closed which is very inconvenient if you mobile order. Please improve thislocation. Read more

Photos of what I ordered online vs what I actually received. SO MANY things wrong here, starting with there was a sign in front... of the door that said "drive thru only" and the line was a mile long, so for me that largely defeats the purpose of orderingahead because I expected to run in and grab them quickly. But ok, I get it, they were slammed and possibly understaffed. Soafter wasting time parking and walking to the door, I got at the drive thru line. The person I spoke to in the drive thru windowwas clueless as to what I ordered and I told her "halloween dozen" but she said "half dozen" and I said "No, a dozen" and shesaid "Oh, a dozen glazed ones?" And I said "NO. The haunted halloween ones. I ordered it online (annoyed tone)" And she and said"I just got here" and turned and walked away and returned with a haunted box. I pulled over in the parking lot to hand them tomy kids to eat, and was surprised to see my box looked nothing like what I ordered. There were 2 cinnamon sugar donuts, severalstrawberry and chocolate with sprinkles instead of orange, one of the spider donuts was missing a spider, only one ghost donutand NO scaredy cat donuts. Important to note: these donuts cost $24 ($26 with tax) and the same donuts only cost $18 inChicagoand $21 in New York, so the Utah mark-up is a lot. In fact $26 is a lot for donuts, so it was totally unacceptable toreplace them with cheap substitutes *and not even say anything* to me about it. I tried to call the store and it went straightto a machine. I couldn't go inside, and the drive thru line was a mile long, so I was stuck with what I got. I didn't even wantor need a dozen haunted donuts but it was the only online option and I wanted to surprise my kids. If I had known I would 1.Have to go through the loooong drive thru line and 2. That they didn't have most of the haunted donuts available, then I wouldhave either not wasted an *hour* of my time and the gas on this nonsense, or I would have just orderedaco Read more

Please heed my and others advice and just don?t bother. Firstly I am astonished at the size of these donuts. Not that long ago I... remember them being the size of a small plate but these are now children?s size. All of them. Most importantly, I have tried for2 days to order their autumn donuts and both days they?ve been completely out at 8am. Today I was told they were just now makingthem and it would be another hour. I will never understand how a donut shop that has featured limited time donuts isconsistently out of said donuts at 8am on a weekend Finally, the Oreo donuts taste nothing like Oreo. Just sugar on top ofsugar. Will never return. I will shop local now. Read more

We paid for 3 doz donuts 3 days early for a birthday party. They said our pickup time was 7:45pm. They called us at 7:35pm (when... we?re we?re almost there to pick up) to let us know they had sold our donuts we paid for and they did not have anymore. We hadto scramble to figure out something else. What is the point of online order and pre paying if they are going to sale the donutswe had already paid for 3 days prior?? They need to get it together with they?re online ordering. Why not make our order and setit aside so it?s ready for the pickup time THEY gave us? If we would have known they would sale them we would have came earlierto get them. Makes absolutely no sense. Read more

Always so yummy! But it's best to go early. They run out of the special flavors quick! I wish they had the dozen Reeses still.... The drive through gets really long if you don't go early. They always get our order right. Read more
