The food here is good my husband especially enjoys the chicken. I would definitely recommend the chicken and my favorite is the... tostada chicken bowl it is good! My kids also love the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy and the rice is good. Theline goes pretty quick and they have given me everything I ordered that's one thing I appreciate especially on Fridays when Ijust want to get home. I rated the service a four star because a few times I went there there was a employee who seemed to havehad an attitude when I was ordering and paying. To me customer service is very important. If there was another location near meI would have stopped going but my husband loves the chicken so I kept going. I will say the recent visits I haven't seen thatemployee and the employees who recently helped me were very polite and nice. Also for dine in, the times I have dined in theplace was clean. I really like this restaurant. They have some of the best chicken. The only thing is that we've gone a couple of times where... they have ran put of chicken and then of tortillas. I?m a fan of El Pollo Loco but? I decided to buy a 2 piece chicken combo. Paid $11.27 with a drink and 2 sides. The chicken was... fine but it is not enough for 1 adult. I could spend the same amount in another fast food restaurant and get full. The bestvalue here is the family combos. Read more

Amazing food! It?s always so clean inside and the music is awesome. The food is high quality and my husband with celiac disease... can eat there without a worry of having a reaction. You don?t feel gross after you eat there food. It?s so yummy! Read more
My wife and I have gone to El Pollo Loco for years and for the most part it's been good. However this past order is... unacceptable. They actually saw this raw chicken and thought to themselves "Yes this looks good". The inside of the chicken wasworse than the outside. Please check your food before leaving the drive. Read more
Just stop by El Pollo Loco to buy dinner for my kids, because they love the Chiken and M&Cheese, and I got home and find out... that the chiken is burn, just by opening the box you can smell the burning Chiken, and this is not the first time last time Iwent the Chiken was dry and hard looks like was cooked long time ago ????!! Ice cold food, dry chicken for the 3rd time in a month or so. My burrito today was just bad and it cost me 10 dollars. No... napkins and didn't get the sauce I asked for. The 1st time I ordered the Chipotle avocado burrito it was so good. It was hot, itwas spicy. The last 2 times just tasteless.
