I love Dutch Bros. This location was incredibly busy when I arrived, probably at least 30 cars in the drive thru, but I was able... to get my drinks within 10 minutes. Very fast and good service. I really don't understand the Dutch Bros hype.... We pull up and some worker asks what we want to drink. I said I had no idea,... and wheres the menu?! There's no menu in sight. The billboards are further up, and not very helpful..she told me to look it uponline. Super unhelpful. We've been waiting in line forever, and you expect everyone to have your menu memorized?? Ridiculous.Not every customer comes here every day. The drink we finally did get was overpriced and tasted burnt. Gross. Read more
What can I say, it's good coffee, and it's not starbucks! But, it is still pretty expensive -as all coffee shops are these days.... I absolutely love this Dutch brothers. I go most days of every week and get a dragon slayer rebel. Price is great for a medium?... with tip it?s $6-ish. I have had nothing but amazing service. Every single employee interaction I have had here has been apositive one. This is what keeps me coming back. Yes I love the drink, but nothing compares to the great service. Another fantastic visit to Dutch Bros. Grateful we gave Dutch Bros a try. It took a few trips til we found drinks that we like,... but now we love the drinks we get! We have always had amazing customer service and for that reason alone we will continue toreturn and try new drinks. Flash forward a few more visits and this is still our go to place for coffee and other drinks! Ihave never had bad customers service at a Dutch Bros. Grateful for the customer service and the drinks we get. Still absolutelylove this location!! We love Dutch Bros but we have "lucked" out by always having a great experience at this location.
