Don't mobile order, it is faster to go through the line. Our food was done 45 minutes after we ordered. While we were waiting,... the normal walk-in line went through 3 or 4 times before we got our food. Read more

I had an Uber eats order and they gave me a whole different person's order. When I called them they proceeded to tell me that it... was partially their fault but also the drivers. When I tried to continue the conversation I was having with him he hung up on mewhile I was in mid conversation. I called again and spoke to a female who was also very disrespectful to me and I asked to speakto a manager and she refused. So I asked for her name and she told me that information was not my business then hung up on me.Very unprofessional and disrespectful I DO NOT recommend going here. Read more
Ordered takeout. Two salads. Received NO salad dressing. Disappointing. This happens way too often. Its not that big of a deal... when we eat there, because we can go back to the counter and get our dressing. But since we ordered takeout, we're just goingwithout. ???? Read more
The food is heavy and I felt a little rushed. I wanted corn tortillas but before I could say he had slapped the meat on the... flour and sent me on through. Not much has changed if anything it was worse. Dear Costa Vidaemployees..the pico is not coming out of your check ???? why are you guys in such a rush? Why am i obligated to leave a tip ifthe base pay there is $14 per the sign on the door? My "enchilada" - and I use term extremely generously- consisted of one rawcorn tortilla with the teeniest scoop of meat and precisely 8 (yes I counted, I was just that annoyed) tiny cubes of tomato, 3tiny shreds of cilantro...not an onion or jalapeno in sight. I wanted sour cream but I was so rushed I couldn't ask as she putthe tablespoon of pico and promptly closed my to go box and threw it to the cashier. As we walked out my kid mentioned he hadwanted limes but they rushed us right through like they all had somewhere to be. Please see the pic I have attached and kindlytell me it that was worth the $15? Yes that is including tip because I feel like a jerk not tipping. Most servers make $2.15 anhour and tips are what they live on. They also run around their respective restaurants and bust their butts in most cases. Thesekids stand in a judgey little line and rush you through like you're in the prison chow line. The food is sub-par the service issub-par. I just don't get why it's still so popular honestly. i ordered a sweet pork quesadilla and the girl working with the glasses was really rude and put like a quarter of a cup of meat.... my friend ordered a large chips and queso and she gave a handful of chips. she was just really rude and had terrible customerservice. the manager fixed it but i still recommend going to a different location.
