I have a gluten allergy and I went in today to get a burrito bowl. John helped me out today and ensured my food was celiac safe.... At first I was confused when he asked for my order without changing his gloves, but then he explained that he was going tochange the utensils for the items I was getting in my bowl. We ate in and there were tons of flies while we were trying to eat. The girl smothered my dish in this hot sauce and I was... unable to eat it. I had never eaten there before and won't ever again. I ended up throwing the whole meal away. I LOVE allspice and super hot food, but this was not edible. I did not bother to take it back or mention it due to being so digusted byall the flies. Worst Chipotle experience ever. They were out of mild salsa and chips. We ordered all 4 burritos exactly the same. Two were... the size of a Taco Bell bean burrito and the other one was super messy and wrapped terribly. The last burrito size was biggerthan the ?Taco Bell? burrito and smaller than a normal Chipotle burrito. I voice my opinion to three different employee and noone offered to fix it. This place is normally really good. In fact we love this location. Lately they've kind of dropped the ball though when it comes... to mobile orders. Today we got some and all the rice was crunchy. Also you would not believe the size difference between mineand my wife's I kid you not when I say the one burrito could fit in the palm of your hand and it was about half the size of theother. I never review but felt this was deserving. They only had online ordering and this is what I got. 8 pieces of steak smushed to... one side and almost no corn. I feel like every time you order online you get screwed over. Hope they can resolve the mobileordering issue. Not paying $13 for this. Read more
