After being sat it took about 15 minutes just to be seen by the waitress. It took about 30 minutes for our first entree to be... delivered (the brisket tots) and the about 10-15 minutes after to get our second entree (10 boneless wings), at that point thefirst entree was already finished. Our waitress only saw our table 3 times total, once to take order, once to give us our watersthey even forgot a drink, and once after we had to ask someone else for a to go box and the check. RUDE WAITRESSES!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! My hubby and I come here frequently. The last few times we... have visited it has been so awful. We had our waitress who was very snooty and yelled out loud to us and surrounding tables totip your waitresses. When we spoke to the manager Chris about this he was very rude and didn’t care. The last two times wehave been in the reward system has been down. When we spoke to the manager Chris again about honoring our reward even thoughsystem was down, he refused to honor our reward and told us to not come back since this was our second issue. We will justcontinue to go to Layton where the waitresses are nice and the managers honor your rewards if the system is down. Mixed on how to rate this. Positives: the food was really good and the waitress was attentive and friendly. The newer menu has... some good new additions. Negatives: The wings are way too expensive now. The big jack daddy burger is gone. This visit hadplenty of staff and the restaurant was less than 25% full and they still said a 25 minute wait. Not too impressed..unfortunately. It wasn't busy..which was a good thing..but.. We couldn't order anything that was battered... because they were out of batter. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad that was just okay. My better half ordered the traditionalwings with two different kinds of rubs and he wasn't impressed with what he got for the price. We had no napkins or silverwarewhen we were seated and had to ask for both. I do have to say that the cheese curds dipped in caramel were amazing, but thatwas the only plus side for this visit. Wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star but it’s the only way to leave a review. We went with a group of 6. Place was... virtually empty and yet took us forever to get a first round of drinks. Employees were all sitting near the bar chatting likeit was closing time. It was 1:30pm. 4 of our 6 meals came out wrong. When we brought it to the servers attention she asked ifwe wanted to send it back because it could be a while to get a replacement!? How could it take so long if it’s empty? Newfood arrived. Drinks all empty. Not a soul came to check about another round so we had something to drink while we ate.Finally the server came to clear plates and asks if we need another round? Good grief. Who is managing this place??? No waythere is anyone with restaurant experience. We wouldn’t ever go back to this location. Maybe one day we will drive by andsee the For Lease sign. I went in for traditional Tuesdays! The staff is pretty good and responsive. It was easy to find parking at 9PM. Would go back... for another traditional Tuesday! Read more
BWW has great wings! Today I had dry rub lemon pepper and honey BBQ boneless wings as part of the $10 lunch special which came... out to about $12.50 afyer tax. They tasted really good but I will say some of the wings were a little small which was a littledisappointing but still tasted great. I love the atmosphere in here with lots of sports decorationsand entertainment, got to seeMessi score a goal in the world cup! I will definitely be back soon! Read more
