The staff that night was just trash... Lobby was locked... Had to order outside.... Then she said she couldn't take my order... until 30 because the system was down. Then she proceeded to take the other young lady at the window order...... Need a newovernight crew..... Read more

One of the cooks (older, bald, fair-skinned guy), was on his phone with gloves on and turned around and handled our food with... the same dirty, contaminated gloves! And people wonder how Covid and other infections spread. When my girlfriend brought it tothe manager?s attention, the manager made the cook change his gloves. After that, the cook proceeded to be petty by continuouslychanging gloves and looking back at us being sarcastic. Read more
The first time I went here this location did not have a cook because they had to go pay their phone bill. I tried to order just... 2 waffles to help the only server. He tried but there was no waffle batter. Had to get a refund and go to another location. Theserver tried and that?s the only reason for two stars. The second time I tried this place was ok. At approximately 7:18 AM, 12/10/2022, my wife and I noticed an employee behind the counter cooking food without a hair net and... gloves. We noticed that he was noticeably laughing and cursing over the meals being prepared. This young man was making weirdnoises and playing, laughing, and playing with the other co-worker beside him as he worked. My wife finally decided to ask theyoung man if he could please put on some gloves. The young man replied yes, and turned around and started cooking again withoutthe gloves/hairnet. He started to get angry and that?s when the manager stepped up and told him? no no no!? The young man wasstating that it?s two against one, when the only person in front of him was his manager. This young man should not be anyrepresentation of the Waffle House establishment, as he is rude, and doesn?t honor the cross contamination rules. Not only wasthis young man verbally nasty, scratching his hands and dreaded hair without any hairnet, he was also sagging. One customer atthe counter joked that no one wants to see his ?ass? ? while having his food prepared. There was a uniformed Clayton countypolice present and he also commented that my wife was right by asking him to please put on gloves. This by far was my worstexperience dining at the Waffle House.
