I wanted a quick bite to eat because I have quite a bit of preparation to do before work tomorrow since I've been out of town. I... saw only two cars in the drive through so I lined up. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with chicken instead of beef and easy onthe sauce, a bean burrito no onion, and fiesta potatoes. Total cost: $9.80. the line didn't move fast even though it was prettyshort. I got to the window and paid. My card was returned without a receipt. I supposed it would be in the bag. I got home. Itwas the wrong order. I went back. Lobby was closed. I had to wait in a longer line. I called. The lady didn't apologize. Shedidn't offer to bring the correct order out. She accused me of being rude when really I was just annoyed that a fifteen minutetask was turning into something more than twice that long when I had work to do. In the end, they still gave me the wrong order.I got some kind of burrito, a Doritos loco taco, perhaps a steak chalupa, and nacho fries. I asked while still at the window ifthose were fiesta potatoes and was told yes.....obviously fiesta potatoes and nacho fries are not the same thing. I ate thechalupa and part of the fries and threw the rest out. 45 minutes from the time I left originally, I'm back to work. It was alousy shift manager resulting in a lousy experience. Read more
Would you believe after all these years of not eating taco bell and then decided to come back because I had taste for the... mexican pizza. My order was 25 and change I know I ordered 3 soft tacos no lettuce which was right but for some freaking reasonmy 6 soft supremes had no lettuce but no tomatoes but had sour cream on just 2 of them. I couldn't check my order because I usethe drive thru and my order came at a record speedy time made it all the way home to find my order was freaking wrong I wasgoing to go back and drive them miles back and realize that the lady didn't give me a freaking receipt to prove what I hadordered. My pizza was fine but every thing else minus the 3 soft tacos I ordered was ok. Scratch this Taco Bell location off the list if you want customer service. I walked in at lunch time to order my food and was... told that I would have to use a kiosk because there was no one running the registers at the front counter, or I could go throughdrive-thru. The vehicle that I drive will not fit through the drive-thru as it is over 10 ft tall. The manager was the one thatwas telling me that I would have to do all this. I wish that I could say I am dissatisfied with Taco Bell because this is notthe first time that this is happening to me, but in all honesty I am just flat disgusted with them. So I pulled out of theparking lot and turns straight into cookout where they happily smiled took my order greeted me at the front door and handed memy food with a smile. I will gladly stop there at cookout from now on. Read more

First when you enter the building you have to put your own order in on these computers right at the door. From there you stand... off to the side where you WAIT for acknowledgement because they are also still doing drive thru as well. Read more
