Slow service, but the food is good. They got my order right every time I went, the only thing is it is NOT FAST at all. If you... don?t mind waiting then it?s good. My food was usually always fresh and hot. The lady who gave me my food was also very nice. Read more
September 2022: ****CARD FRAUDULENT CHARGE**** I will be pressing charges & contacting corporate about this ASAP. the girl at... the counter took my order incorrectly. She overcharged me. Was not paying attention & did not take off items after I changedorder. I was nice about it. She had an attitude about it. Manager refunded me. I got my order and left. Fast forward to lastnight I see the initial charge, the pending refund, and a new pending charge I did not authorize. I checked this morning and itwent through. Again I will be pressing charges. I have the girl?s name on the receipt and refund receipts. My bank is currentlyinvestigating. I don?t play about my money. Read more
Took 45 minutes to get only half of what I ordered. The sweet tea, one of the things I actually did receive had mold in it.
The 1st guy that brought my food to me curbside was very friendly. The girl who brought my 2nd order to the car acted like she... had an attitude. She will be aight. If u don't like your job, plz quit. Either way, my food was fine. Thx!????? Read more
DISREGARD THE ONE STAR! THIS IS AN ZERO-STAR REVIEW! So yesterday, my mama went to this Mcdonald's to get some food. At first, I... asked for a large Caramel Frappe and y'all already know they said ? OuR mAcHiNe iS dOwN? okay, cool I told my mom to get me 2apple pies instead. So boom, she gets home and gives me the pies. Look at the receipt and you can see it says ? 2 applepies?...tell me why there was only ONE apple pie and the other was strawberry cream pie. I'm not really trippin about that (because they probably ran out of Apple pies or something) it's the fact that the strawberry cream pie WAS ALREADY BITE INTO!Like, we in a whole pandemic why y'all bitting into folks food? The food was good that's the only reason for 2 stars and not 1.Customer service needs improvement. Staff seems to want to do... less as possible. I'm working a covid-19 site near by and observed the lobby was open for walk in yesterday and now today it'sclosed for walk in plus this morning the building did not open on time to the point many people were leaving. I'm displeasedwith the way this franchise location is representing McDonald. Read more
It's a hit or miss but there's usually never too long of a line. Services overall fast enough, Fair enough. Got a cheeseburger... from here 2 weeks ago and it was ridiculous it looked like a chip instead of a burger patty. Everything else I've gotten fromhere although has been fresh and pretty great so I say, come in the evening or early morning. Read more
