It?s a beautiful Sunday afternoon, and Dunkin? Donuts is open but they have the front door locked. They are only serving... customers in the drive-through and told me I needed to drive around. I let them know that I was walking and the lady behind thecounter just shrugged. Why aren?t they willing to give me service? So that?s a one star in my opinion; clearly the establishmentis open. Today I sat in line on the street 9/1/22 for 15mins to get my coffee just for them to say they having pressure problem. Really... you could put a sign up!! Also, Sam said it works for them to move the line(due 2 line in the street) to the next drive but yetline is always on the street. Not working out 2 good doesn't matter where u move the line 2! Had a craving for some ice cream and the line was short for the first time. My chocolate and butter pecan ice cream was... delicious! I got a glazed doughnut, but it was dry. The ice cream is expensive, okay to splurge on/off but can't afford topurchase it beyond that. The customer service was great! Read more
I been going to this Dunkin Donuts for years the customer service was ok, but its getting horrible yesterday around 2pm I... ordered an Iced macchiato, when I arrived at the window to pick up my order it was a hot mochiato I informed the female serverat the window which her name is Asia or something of the sort that it was not correct, she then turn back and brought me an Icedmacchiato which didn't look ntn like it should I asked what is this, she told me its mixed up so I figured it was from pouringthe hot macchiato in a Iced cup, the main thing of macchiato is the layers , so I informed her thats not how its made and Ididn't want it, she then snatched it from my hands and walk of then proceeded to not give me the rest of my order when I askedher for the rest of my order she closed the window , I already paid so I was sitting there trying to get in touch with cooperatewhen the manager came and got my order right and said she would have a talk with her. If this is the Customer Service I'm to beexpecting going forward I will not be returning, this employee does not need to be in Customer Service she is a disgrace to theDunkin Donuts brand. Read more
My order is always messed up when Sam is not there. They never get my coffee flavor right and it tastes like black coffee with... cream only. EVERYTIME! Haven't seen Sam lately so I won't be going back no time soon. Read more
