Horrible experience. We weren?t allowed to even finish our order because the man at the drive thru would interrupt us at every... turn. As almost any fast food location in Jonesboro, getting through the drive thru line was a test of patience I've grown used to.... Imagine the look on my face when I get home to see a biscuit the size of a chicken nugget staring back at me when I opened thebox! The simple question is: would THEY have been satisfied with it? Lesson learned: don't trust them to effectively do theirjobs. If you don't check behind them, they'll serve you scraps with a smile on their faces! Sad. Read more

I was there to pick up an Uber Eats order for delivery middle of the afternoon and the lobby was closed so I had to sit in the... hot sun in my vehicle with the window down. When I finally got to the microphone I was informed they did not have one of themeals the customer had ordered. After trying to call the customer and trying to text the customer and getting no response andtelling the young woman that she basically yelled well what did they say they wanted. At which time I explained again theydidn't answer the phone. I'm going to drive around the building and if they have not answered by the time I come around I willpick something. Funny thing is the meal they say they no longer have there's a big banner advertisement for it out in front ofthe business. I realize lots of places are short staffed. But it is not fair to your regular drive-through customers nor is itfair to your online customers that have delivery people coming to pick up for them to have to sit and wait in a line to getfood. At least do what some restaurants do and let your delivery people come inside and pick up their orders. I will not takeany future orders from this restaurant. Read more

Experienced Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service while trying to place an order at the drive thru from a cashier and then... from another lady whom I'm assuming was the supervisor or manager. Submitted my complaint on the website a week ago and calledthe customer service line yesterday, but still haven't heard from anyone. Looking at previous reviews they need to hire a lotof new staff and they really need to shut down for a few days and conduct customer service training classes. This has to be themost unprofessional place of business that I have ever visited. After getting cursed out by staff we decided to leave and spendour money somewhere else. Read more

I haven't ate at Church's in many years so I was looking forward to it. Oh boy, was I surprised when the food was not... satisfying. The chicken was too greasy, super small & barely any flavor. Will not try food again for yearssss. The service wasgood. Read more
