Haven't had Captain D's in a very long time.... 3 years to be exact. I was so excited to enjoy their fish, coleslaw and hush... puppies. But once I tasted the fish it was soooooooooo salty....!!!!! Very salty and I don't think I'll be going back anytimesoon Read more
The customer service is horrible. They female at the window attitude needs much work.....the individual taking the orders not... professional at all. She hadn't taken my order when I got to the window. She lied saying I didn't say anything when she asked. I'm assuming that was why the wait was more than 15minutes with 3 cars in front of me. The drive thru line was very long and slow. Customer service at the speaker and window was good. The spicy battered fish was old... and dry. I was very disappointed after seeing the commercials and pictures on the order board. The bread stick was tough. Theregular battered fish and fries were fine. I've purchased food from this location before and I was satisfied and that's why I've returned time and time again. But after yesterday's visit, it will be a while before I go back and purchase new items. But Iwill give them another chance. Read more
Ordered 1 piece of fish and funnel sticks. NEVER SAID ANYTHING about Spicey!!! This was one of the worst experiences I?ve ever... had!! And the person at the window acted really put out when I asked for my receipt, whh hi icu had I actually read it thewhole bag would have been given back to her!! Not only was I given a SPICEY piece of fish that I?m not able to eat, but theone bite I did take was so cold, greasy, and burnt I almost picked it right back out!! Sooo nasty after waiting almost 30 mins and spending 11$. The Mac n cheese tasted watery. The rice was so hard I couldn?t chew... it. At least my one piece of fish was hot but barely seasoned. Smh The corn on the Cobb was feasible. Aweful tasting !! buyersbeware Read more
Very pleasant customer service and the food came out fresh and fast. The dining area was clean and inviting Every since the... Pandemic the Drive Thru has been extremely slower than usual! Which is I'm guessing to be expected ??????????? Times we'reliving in. Read more
