This is the worst location I have ever been to. The women at the speaker was so rude. I understand that these places are short... staffed and over worked but if u have to have that kind of attitude maybe you should find another job. The food was cold. The service was great. The lady was very attentive. I explained how I wanted my burger and it was prepared perfectly. Service... was so good it was like taking a breath of fresh air. I have visited this branch of Burger King on several occasions being that it?s convenient to my home every time I go there to... either order through the drive thru or have a mobile order the people behind the microphones are rude, condescending, or plainlydon?t care and it shows through there work because as I said every time I have come here they are not only bad at customerservice in the fast food industry but I feel the employees and management are poorly trained and if not that they are poorlytrained they plainly don?t care about the job and want a just any old pay check I say this for the reasons above and that theyconstantly miss my order not by one small thing sometimes two or three meals when I usually order $50 to $100 dollars worth ofmeals and I find myself constantly calling them or having to drive back to the location and showing them that I am missing mealswhy are they constantly like that? But I feel corporate should get involved and just rehire willing people who will take the jobseriously. It?s embarrassing and disgusting they way people are treated by this branches employees. I will never recommend thisplace to anyone and this was the last time I go to this branch save your money and avoid headaches spend your money else where. Read more

8/7 3:47 (so you know which associate I?m referring to based on the schedule for this day). My gf and I visited this BK just now... and asked one of the cashiers (We didn?t get her name but she?s an African-American, about 5?3, long braids, built like a linebacker). My gf asked her a simple question, nothing rude or anything. She completely ignored her. The restaurant was beingaudited at the time. I?m sick of the nasty attitudes in fast food. If it weren?t for the customers, none of you would beemployed. Fix your attitude or find another job where you aren?t directly working with the general public. Ratchet and ghettoservice. My family went to this Burger King, the customer service specialist Ashley was so pleasant, patient and professional. We had... a few adjustments to our order she didn't let it frustrate her she took care of us as if we were family. Since it was a largeorder she offered us a larger bag and drink holder so that we didn't drop our food or drinks trying to get in to ourdestination. We've been coming out of our way to this location because of the customer service and the food it's almost alwayson point. I was disappointed only once in all these years since they built this one on Hwy 85. We will continue come out of ourway for the excellent food and customer care! Read more
