Staff was pleasant and friendly. Drive thru was backed up. Filet of Fish wasn't as fresh as I would have preferred. Fries were... just above lukewarm. Big Mac and fountain drinks were as expected. I will give them another chance because of the staff and theway they working through the deluge of customers on a busy day, but the food is the reason fir visiting. Step it up, please. Read more

How can you be the only one in the Drive-Thru line, wait 5 minutes to receive your food and your food is lukewarm? I understand the wait with them being understaffed, but for me to wait 10 minutes for my order to be taken, just to finally... order, get to the window and one of the employees is eating. Rude. We live in the area but will go to the McDonald's on Southfield in Lincoln Park before eating here. This place has consistently... terrible food, old, cold, makes me wonder if it's even safe to eat. It's really ridiculous hot nasty and dirty the dining room was when ordering food here today. The floors, tables and soda bar... were covered with trash. The supervisor needs to be fired. I really hope someone addresses these issues. Read more
Place was dirty, staff was extremely slow with the orders and goofed off most the time I was waiting for my food. The ordering... machine was broken so I had to wait behind 9 people to order which took almost 30 minutes. Terrible place. Read more
