I ordered the penne with vodka sauce and chicken. The pasta is so severely overcooked and flavorless that adding salt and pepper... on top barely made it salvageable. The sauce also was bland...only slightly enjoyable part of this meal was the garlic bread. Iwill not be ordering from here again. Read more
This Rosati?s doesn?t deserve one star if I could rate it lower I would! Went in for a pizza and was given the worst costumer... service with a guy that could barely speak English and he was rude the whole 6mins it took me to order because he wasfrustrated.. this location is around the block from me and have been here multiple times and every-time is always somethingdifferent- my pizza was way over cooked and not appetizing at all, I Had to order something els for dinner. Worst customer service ever. They give you menus with a coupon that gives a free 12 inch pizza if you order an 18 inch. I order,... I say I have the coupon and then they charge me for the price of the 12 inch pizza too. I call back explaining there is amistake, and the guy answering the phone is literally yelling at me and I can barely talk. At some point I can talk and I sayit?s not nice to talk over customers. Finally he tells me that he gave me credit for that 12 inch pizza. Tonight I try to orderand they tell me they don?t see that credit. I tell them I feel betrayed, and I don?t want anything. They call me back after 5minutes and say yes they can see a credit and they can apply that ?discounted? price. So unbelievable. Basically the employeedidn?t want to at first to apply the right price because probably he?s somebody who hates customers. I will NEVER order thereagain. Very very bad customer service. Our order was incorrect so when we tried to call and explain what was incorrect they first... argued with us then would NOT refund our money. They wanted to make us the correct order. I dont feel comfortable for them tomake us a new order after they argued. I dont want anyone messing with my food if they are angry. Also when we called adifferent address comes up on their end, we told them the correct address but still the driver went to the wrong address. Weordered spaghetti with meatballs. The spaghetti came without meatballs and they insisted it has meatballs. We also ordered pizzahalf cheese and half sausage. The pizza came with all sausage. We ordered Caesar salad with side of extra dressing. They gave usside of cheese for fries!!!! This was our first time ordering from here. I was so disappointed. We have also spoke with BJ themanager and he was no help either. He has now referred us to someone else who is the owner we shall see...so far no refund...iwill keep updating. We paid over 80 dollars for an order that was wrong!!! Update!!! No call back from the owner and I did fillout the form and NADA!!! MY POINT HAS BEEN MADE!!! bad customer service!! Tried to order from this restaurant and asked about free dough nuggets (the coupon was attached to a menu we received 2 weeks... ago from a previous order). The first employee taking our order was unable to input the coupon so she transferred us to thefront of the house in hopes someone could override it or if perhaps it was her device. When i asked about the coupon i wasrudely cut off mid sentence and was told ?we don?t do that.? When i asked why it was on their menu they told me ?You?re callingthe wrong place. Nice try.? And HUNG up on me. I doubled checked the phone number and they also greet the customer whenanswering the phone, ?Rosati?s River Grove?. The coupon was clearly attached to THIER menu. My boyfriend called them back andspoke with the manager who then tried to pretend he wasn?t the initial person who spoke to me (when we recognized his voice andaccent). At the end of the day, it isn?t about the appetizer. No establishment should be running when they speak to theircustomers the way this place does. As someone who worked in the food service industry for years, I?m thoroughly disgusted withthe attitude and approach that this establishment takes when it comes to customer service.
