The green chile biscuits and gravy are incredible, better then the one they used to have at flying star! I wish they were closer... to the heights but you lucky people who work nearby should definitely go in for breakfast. The smothered burrito impressed apicky eater who isn't easy to impress, she loved it! Definitely stopping when I'm in the area! I look forward to trying lunch! Read more

Ordered the prime brisket with chips, price was acceptable since it was brisket but I was a little disappointed. Service was... good, lady at the front was very nice. Wait time for the sandwich was coming close to 40 minutes on a Thursday around 11 am. Wasnot particularly busy but not slow either. Wait time could be a lot better for a sandwhich with chips. Sandwhich was decent, notamazing. Brisket was rather dry and if it was not for the bbq sauce it would have not been good. Bread was toasted but by thetime I received the sandwhich the toast was not crispy as it should have been. Might have just been an off day for this placebut my experience was not as great as others have stated Read more

I have not once been disappointed by the service or food here. Every menu item that I've tried has been excellent. I just... recently ate the Cubano special, and it is hands down my favorite Cuban sandwich that you can get anywhere in town. If you'reever craving any sort of sandwich, this is definitely top tier. The brisket sandwich was one of the best I've had, it was unique and delicious! No photos, I ate it too fast! Today I had the... "Dirty Bird" sandwich. It was delicious! The ingredients all blended together perfectly for a scrumptious sandwich that wasvery satisfying! Read more

This is the first restaurant that we finally got to go out and dine-in since our state opened up on June 1st. It was such a cute... place we love the atmosphere. We were the only ones dining in though. They were very busy with takeout orders. The staff wasvery friendly. We love to support businesses in our hometown and this is a family-owned business. They learned their recipesfrom their grandma. These sandwiches are so unique and so different, but oh, so delicious. The bread was toasted perfectly. Myson got the dirty bird sandwich and I got the prime brisket sandwich. He got chips and I got cream of potato soup. We eachshared a half of the sandwich so we could try both of them. The turkey on his dirty bird was delicious turkey and the bacon wascooked to perfection. The brisket on my sandwich was a melt-in-your-mouth brisket. All of the sauces on both sandwiches and howthey built the sandwiches were made to perfection. The Wisconsin cheese was just as flavorful as it could be and meltedperfectly on both sandwiches. The cream of potato soup was good. This sandwich shop is a must-try for all of Rio Ranchoresidents, visitors, and Albuquerque. We were very pleased and we will definitely go back. Next time, I have to try thebreakfast sandwich. Read more

Ok first off found this nice little hole in the wall place via Google recommendations. Decided to try it out because the food... looked good, an these are the best places to visit. There inside of the restaurant was nicely spaced out and the decor wasreally nice. As for the food which we all know is the important part. I went to try the meatball sub, sadly they were out ofthat and the brisket. The owner recommended I try his daily special of Chicken Pesto with Loaded Potato Stew. My son got the BLTwith chips. Both meals were freshly made an made to look very delicious. We topped it off with some of their mini key lime andbanana cream pies. Both were quite good, I can't wait to visit again with hopes I can try the brisket sandwich or meatball sub. Read more
