10/29/22 at 11:45 AM. Drive up to window. Wait for several minutes without acknowledgement. Drive up to the window where a... disabled woman is trying to get someone's attention by honking her car. I get out of the car and knock several times for thewoman because she is unable to do so herself. She speaks to the manager about her bad food. Pull up to place order to be toldthat I have to go back around to the speaker. Place my order for 2 entrees. Said it was going to take 4 minutes more and pullaround to the front. Wait 10 minutes. Guy hands me an order and I drive away to take my son to his late appointment. Open mybag to find someone else's order. Go back to PE to talk to the manager to explain the situation and request a refund. Wait inmy car again (lobby is closed) for the Manager to come out and hand me my money and walk away. I asked for the receipt so thatI can see exactly what he handed me was the correct amount. Said I didn't pay for my food and that I don't need a receipt andwalks away. I told him that he was very rude and he says he doesn't care. Wow. Thanks PE for wasting my time. This store needsa new manager ASAP. Read more
I ordered broccoli beef. I received one piece of beef. A strip about 3/4" wide and 1 inch long. I recieved a bunch of broccoli.... I tried calling the store and no one would answer. I tried calling four different times at about a half hour apart each time. Noone ever answered. Poor customer service by ignoring the phone. I emailed corporate and they just said sorry with no offer ofmaking it right. I am no longer a Panda Express fan. THUMBS DOWN rating. Read more
Their food has really gone down hill. The chow mein is always dried out if you don't get there just as a fresh batch was made.... They are frequently out of teriyaki chicken. Food lacks flavor overall. I like the convenience of Panda Express, but they havegot to raise the bar! Asking for flavorful food shouldn't be too much to ask! Read more
My husband and me has to wait for our order for take out, it happen twice now due to no string beans, after waiting for 15... minutes still no employee going out to bring our order, my husband went inside to see what going on, string beans already cookfor awhile now but seems employee not paying attention, they just preparing our take out, my husband see the second plate butnot the 1st one, when we got home the 1 st plate has only have fried rice, what a joke! I ordered a delivery. Was supposed to be delivered by Door Dash, said it was delivered but....it was not. I ordered from Panda... Express not through Door Dash. When I called the number from my text, the woman I talked to just kept apologizing and then triedto blame me for an incomplete address. I told her I have ordered many times and they have my card on file. All I got was I'msorry, we will refund you. Well all I can say is that didn't help me with my dinner. I guess unless you pick up or order, younever know if you will eat or not. Very very disappointed. Panda Express you should stop using Door Dash to deliver foryou!!!!! Read more
The times reflected on google maps are never accurate and employees decide to just randomly close the lobby whenever they feel... like it. This makes it very difficult to tell when they are actually open to serving food. They never keep food in stock and themenu never reflects what they actually have available. Read more
I was a little annoyed at the fact that their parking lot was filled by their employees, but decided to go anyway. Once there,... they didn't have many of their usual dishes available including Teriyaki Chicken. I needed to make a call to see what my familywanted because they were out of the items on my list. Then I was ignored for several minutes, and at that point decided toleave. Horrible! Read more
The food is good and staff is nice. All around the store is clean. Drive thru is fast. I eat there 2 to 3 times a week for... lunch. My only issue is being to fast. A big customer service tip is when you give the drink to the customer in drive throughalways wipe the side of the drink off. I have asked for a napkin every time I have gone in the past 2 months because my drink isalways sprayed with soda. Not a huge issue but just small customer service tips no one wants to grab a sticky drink and put itin the cup holder like that. Read more
