I?ve been a loyal fan/guest for a very long time, starting at India palace, and continuing now thru Namaste. The cuisine is and... has always been authentic and faithful to the culture. That?s just a small part of the attraction. To this day, and it?s been aLOT of days, I and a lot of others are remembered by name. This was okay to average. I like others make it a point to visit an Indian restaurant wherever my travels take me and this... buffet lunch was not the best but not the worst. They had a nice assortment to choose from, vegetarian and chicken dishes. Thechicken vindaloo was flavorful and had a nice spice to it. The chicken tikka masala was bland and the chicken was tough. Thenaan was the worse I?ve had, very dry undercooked and no butter. As we were leaving I saw other naan bread being delivered thatlooked much bette with butter and thinner so I guess we had a bad batch. Service was good. Read more

I personally like the briyani here but medium spice. Hot is not reccomended as too spicy. Free flow for masala tea.

I decided to look for Indian cuisine, since I had been craving it lately. I am so glad I found this place. It is great! The... lunch buffet is served daily from 11:30 - 2:00. They reopen from 5pm-10pm for fine dining. I tried the lunch buffet. It wasdelicious! The service was very friendly and helpful. They checked on me often and my drink was never empty. My 2 favorites werethe Chicken Tikka Masala. It was creamy and delicious over rice. I just couldn't get enough of it. The chicken vindaloo wasslightly tangy, slightly spicy. A perfect balance and oh so good. I have to mention the Tandoori chicken also. Very very good! Iwill definitely be back ... Many times. It's worth the drive from Albuquerque.
