Ordered online got there at time the order should be ready about half hour. The cashier told me my order would be coming up... soon. Waited another half hour while everyone got there order even the ones just walking in and barely placing there orders. Iasked again for my order and he made it seem like he didn't know. It took over an hour to finally get my order and I had orderedthe 12 piece meal but when I got home they had just given me 10 pieces. I tried calling them on the phone and no one ever pickedup the phone. I am usually understanding but this was ridiculous and very frustrating. Read more
KFC still has great tasting food. They didn't put one of the 8 piece in with the rest of the chicken order. When we went back... the Manager was polite and quick to repack the entire order with hot food. Thank you, Nothing was wrong with the food. It washot and delicious, just as we expected. I had to cancel my Uber order aswell as the 2nd order that I accepted. I was out side the door n it was locked and the cashier... would not acknowledge me n she looked at me but not even say anything not even a gesture. Except she looked agitated while shewas cashing out her register, it was approx 730pm. Closing time is 10pm. I don?t understand why they accept Uber/grub huborders and payments while they state closed 10pm on the web site if they close hours earlier. I was trying to order a meal for 10. I tried to used their app and after being bumped out of it a 2nd time almost at the end of... order, I decided to call I explained my situation and wanted to phone in the order, which totaled $60+. Employees actually raced to lock doors and switch off open signage as I was reaching for the handle a full two hours before... posted closing times. Claimed they have been closing early for the past month, and still have not posted any notice of any kind(yet there is a holiday schedule taped to the door). Read more
