The staff here is great and very welcoming. I would recommend getting breakfast, because the last couple times I got brunch it... wasn't that great. Some of the ingredients looked like it was approaching expiration and had to remove those pieces. The coffeehere is also pretty strong, which is great alternative to Starbucks. It's worth joining the rewards program because you get SOMANY PERKS! Right now they are only accepting card, so that's something that I would suggest they get fixed. Read more

My husband is a rewards member and for some reason we cannot get the bagel we like the way we like it made. Every time we order... the nova lux without the red onion and on a spinach Florentine bagel and 99% of the time they put red onions on it and it's cometo the point where we have to say we have an allergy to it so they won't put it on, but now if they run out of the spinachFlorentine bagel it becomes impossible to not even get the nova lux because we want it on a special bagel. Expect mistakes on your order, subpar food (that?s with low expectations from the beginning) and to pay 2x more than what the... food is worth. We have been coming to Einstein?s now for a couple of years. Customer service has always been top notch, smiles on their faces... (even with a mask), good food and the best coffee. Caribou coffee has been the main stay of Einstein Bagels. Although the foodis good we really do come for the coffee! I am a huge fan of Caribou coffee and I do know that they make their coffee with adifferent type of being which cost more. Einstein bagels is discontinuing serving Caribou coffee and I would assume it?s becauseof cost. So this review is really reaching out to corporate in hopes that they do read it. In your app you offer free coffeewith an online order. Which is fantastic! But I?d rather pay a dollar per cup or even two dollars per cup in order to keepCaribou coffee. I come here on occasion. Usually good food. The case never seems very well stocked, maybe it is first thing in the morning, I?m... usually there at lunch (but it should still be better filled) It?s always exceptionally warm inside, so I never eat in. I?m alsonot sure why the service always is so slow. Drive thru and walk in are both sooooo slow. This last time I was the only person inline inside, and there was a couple people in the drive thru. I ordered the Mac and cheese bagel, toasted, that?s it. I waitedfor FIFTEEN MINUTES. What?s up with that? When I order just a bagel I?m going to just start getting it untoasted and taking itwith me and doing all the toasting myself, because that ridiculous. The people are nice though, I just don?t understand what thedeal is there. I wish they?d get better organized and fix the temperature so it?s not sweltering and I could eat theresometimes.
