The general public sucks. You can clearly see they are getting smoked, with a line around the building and a line outside their... door. They are mostly kids working. Chill out because your over complicated breakfast sandwich isn't ready yet. I stuck with adozen donuts that were already made and ready and was out quickly. Love Dunkin! Read more
This place is a nightmare. There was an old man who was brand new on his first day and the 4 other people working there did not... assist him nor was this person even trained to do anything. It took almost 20 minutes for my party to get a breakfast sandwichand a featured specialty coffee. I felt so bad for the gentleman who was on register he was old white hair and was just so kindand polite and patient with everything but he was not getting the assistance he needed and made his first day a nightmare. Manypatrons sat and watched this charade today this morning from 8-10 am and this company needs to have better structure. Read more
I stopped here this morning to try their breakfast items after doing laundry close by. Unfortunately, there was a lengthy wait... at both the speaker and the second window (hence the removal of one star), and cars piled up behind me before my order was eventaken. On the plus side, my food (omelette bites, Croissant sandwich, and two donuts) were all fresh and delicious... and myrefresher drink was quite yummy, too! I don't see why I wouldn't come back in the future; I just hope they have more peopleworking by then. If I could give them a negative review I would. We went there to get Dunkin? doughnuts and my daughter was so excited wearing... her Dunkin? dress and the worker locked the door on us! We were there at 12:16pm on Sunday! So awful! My daughter is 3 anddidn?t understand why they did that! So awful!!! Read more
Their lobby is closed and the drive-thru is packed. In fact the drive-thru is glacially slow! It's ridiculous that on a Saturday... morning I have to sit in a Drive-Thru for 20 minutes just to place an order for my boss. Read more
If this dead drive thru is any indication of how bad this new location is then idk what is. Sad how this location was packed the... 1st month and a terribly short staffed crew and always being out of donuts drove all customers away. Took my business back torebel donut. Read more
This place is obvious busy, but they've been open over a month and have an insanely long drive thru process. At the time this... photo was taken there was about 12 cars behind me.
