Glad ya'll are open 24 hrs.... most of the time. Except when you can only take cash... or whatever random reasons you can't take... orders..... foods typically good but it'd be a miracle if they got the orders right at least half the time..... It was amazing, went in today Vicky the shift manager was so helpful and nice, she was running the drive and the dine in by... herself with the help of the kitchen ladles! They're all amazing 100/10 will be coming here more often. Read more
Can't get an order right to save their life. Ordered 2 burritos no sauce and 2 of the del tacos. Got my order and it was 5... burritos. All with sauce. Lady at the register didn't give me receipt and wouldn't accept the fact that I told her it was thewrong order. Had to go in and ask to speak with the gm of the store just to get my correct order. This place is disgusting to say the least. We ordered tacos and burritos and upon coming home and opening the first taco there... was a dead fly on the taco. We immediately took all the food back to the store and was told no manager was there to give arefund and to call the general manager. Spoke to the general manager the next morning and he said he would give the full refundbut upon arriving to get the refund I was told he would only give a refund for the taco. This place is disgusting and unsanitaryand unwilling to provide customer service. Read more
Just another gross Del Taco. Del Tacos have always, up until a couple years ago, been our favorite fast food establishment. But... the last 5 or so I've ate at, all in different places have been terrible. Quality of food has gone down hill, burritos havegotten smaller even though the prices are higher. Last one I'll eat at, they're off my list, like most fast food. All unhealthyand gross. Read more
I wouldn?t even give this place 1 star but I didn?t have an option for negative stars. Service is always poor and staff has... attitudes. Place you?re order pull up and pay then you are directed to park in the Discount Tire parking lot so their times seembetter to corporate, once you get you?re order it?s mediocre at best but my dogs seem to like the plain chicken. Don?t wasteyou?re time calling the 1-800 number to complain because they will just make the person you had an issue with the Manager. Read more
They didn't have nothing granted I just got off a 12hr shift at the hospital, and it was 530 am but darn, shrimp tacos , oh we... only have 4 , fish taco nope fries nope, avocado nope hot suace nope. And the chicken burrito was more like bean burrito. Tacosweren't even warmed up tortillas were all broken ,couldn't even fold them. Read more
My sister can not eat gluten so she gets the hard tacos. Every time we go there there is always something off with our order.... One time she got a hard chicken taco and we got it delivered because we did not feel like driving. Once the food got here thehard tacos had a single piece of chicken and a spec of cheese and there was 2 taco shells (both broken). Another time I orderedfood they gave me the food for the people behind me and for me. The food is good when they make it right. The service ishorrible. Read more
