Owner/Manager was RUDE! I ordered a unsweetened tea with Extra ice, that?s the ONLY thing I ordered and when I got to the window... I was told to go park & wait for my tea. After waiting for a drink, they brought my drink out with no ice! I had to park & walkin & saw the manager who said she was the owner & told her what happened & she said I would have to wait because there were 3people in front of me(she was rude by the way) she also said my tea will have melted to no ice because that?s the way it is. Sostrange because I get a unsweetened tea with Extra ice every morning for the past two years & my drink has tons of crunchy icefor at least 4 hours of my shift. No wonder her chick fil A is a circus. I?ll never go to the Unser , Rio Rancho location again.Get some customer service skills, Management Skills & it shouldn?t be this time consuming or stressful to get One Ice tea !!!! Read more
I have to change my review from a 5 star to a 2. The reason is because lately we have been going our orders are sloppy and... normally not what we ask for. Last night was the tipping point. I heard my wife order while she was on the phone. Asked for 2deluxe Chicken meals, A lot of Chick-fil-A sauce and the red Hot sauce. My wife said can we get a lot of the Chick-fil-A sauce.They gave 4 of the Chick-fil-A sauce. She also didn't receive the Red Hot sauce at all. Also you could tell it was closing time.The waffle fries was as if it was scraps and refried. The bag was torn when it was handed to her. This is not the only time.Customer service has gone downhill fast! I don't know if it's new management or what. But lazy is the theme at this store.Sorry, I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but when I do. . It's for times like this. Read more
Ordered a party platter more than a day in advance and showed up before it was supposed to be ready and notified the staff... member that I had arrived for pickup. I was told it would be right out, 20 minutes passed as I was waiting patiently to the lateend of the 15 minute pickup window before talking to them again... and that is when they started getting the order ready. Tookanother 10 minutes before I was able to head home to my daughter's party that was starting in 5 minutes. I had to ask if therewas anything for my inconvenience... after a discussion with the manager I was given a couple of free brownie/cookievouchers... I went to this Rio Rancho location on 09.22.2022 for a school fundraiser night. The food was a major disappointment! I don't... know how far ahead the chicken sandwiches were cooked but the buns were very soggy. The fries had been cooked well ahead of timeas well. Major disappointment. If I ever go back to this location I certainly won't go to support any schools! Read more
Ordered 2x 4 piece tender meals and this is what I get in the box. Looks like they ripped one tender in half to make it 4.... Really dissapointing. Read more
We ordered our food through drive thru, just to get home and realize our fries were not included. Called, drove back to get the... fries that were not included. Then had to wait for them. Then we get home and our orders were wrong and cold. Soggy chicken onwhat was supposed to be a Deluxe Spicy sandwich. Not so deluxe if you ask me?.extremely disappointed. Read more

4 starts for the food. The drive thru service could have been better. We were treated with smiles and friendliness however, the... food was forced into a small bagg which ripped and fries flew everywhere while driving. I also was not given what I asked for asfar as the types of sauces. Read more
