We came in on a (dead) Friday and were seated right away. Drink orders were taken quickly and then it went downhill from there.... We had 5 people at our table and were pretty easy as far as orders go. 1. A cheeseburger with meat and cheese only. It came witheverything on it. 2. Chicken tenders with fries and coleslaw, with an extra side of onion rings. We ended up with anotherchicken tender platter and rings and had to insist that we didn't order that, only extra rings. 3. Another chicken platter withfries, no slaw. The only meal to come out right. 4. Bourbon street steak and add a side salad w/o tomatoes. It arrived withtomatoes and the steak sat alone on the plate with 5 or 6 mushroom slices. No onions, no mashed potatoes. The server said thesalad was the side and it doesn't come with potatoes. 5. Bourbon street steak with a side salad was ordered, came out correctAND with the potatoes as stated on the menu, but very overdone. We dropped over $100 for this meal plus a 15% tip which wegrudgingly gave (no way was i paying 20+). We had to ask REPEATEDLY for drinks and sauces that should have come with the mealsand the whole order was messed up. The building was almost empty so the poor service wasn't due to being slammed. They have very rude waitresses are waitresses name was Krista and through the get-go she was so rude to us We asked for certain... things and she just was very rude and rolled her eyes then she went to the back and talked to her two waitress girls and theyall were standing in the back laughing and looking at us this was not a very nice place We didn't enjoy our dinner at all afterwe paid so much money. Good service and attentive staff. The only downside for me is that the last 3 times I?ve been there and ordered a steak cooked... medium it arrived way to well done. I?m not one too complain at a restaurant so I let it slide. However it?ll probably be awhile before we go back. Read more
The food is alright. We had a $25 gift card and the appetizer + 2 entree deal for $25 was convenient. For an appetizer we had... the chips with spinach and artichoke dip that also came with salsa. Some of the chips weren't made properly as they were kind ofshiny and hard to bite through. I had the BBQ Riblets. They were fine. Kind of dry at some parts but the oozes of decent BBQsauce made up for that. I got loaded mashed potatoes, the loaded was definitely not worth it. My wife had the fiesta limechicken which she normally raves about. She said the chicken was on par, but the rice was so dry out wasn't worth eating. Ifyou made it this far in my review you must be wondering, why in the world did you give it 4 stars? Our waitress was quick andattentive despite covering a large section. The dessert also made up for the "meh" food. We had the triple chocolate meltdownwith an extra serving of ice cream. That was definitely worth it! Read more

The location on 528 has very poor customer service, we didn't get an employee to come up front, we stood there for 20mins. I... don't recommend the food here either, Employees aren't friendly at all. Read more
