Hickory Hanks Bar B Q catered our Annual Summer Party for 100 plus attendees this month. The food was excellent and Hank and... his team were experienced, professional and assisted us with everything from beginning to end. The staff contacted us themorning of the event to give detail as to how the day would go and to answer questions. They were prompt, efficient and workedindependently to cook, set up and serve our guests. The Tri Tip and Chicken were perfectly cooked and seasoned, everything waskept hot throughout the serving time, side dishes were excellent and all leftovers were expertly packaged up for us. Theycleaned up the kitchen and serving area and checked with us before leaving. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpedmake our party fun for all of us.
