The cashier was lovely. My chip card wasn't working well and he was super patient, however the screen wound up freezing on... "please remove card". He asked Samira for help and she just kept telling me my card was declined and to pay another way. I wouldhave loved to pay another way but the pin pad was frozen, and apparently that was beyond her understanding. I literally showedher, and she just kept louder and louder saying "it was declined". As a manager of a different gas station, the way she treatedme, as well as the lack of support she showed her employee is horrendous. I'm not sure why local people come there if that'sthe service the "lead" cashier is showing. If your leadership is any indication of what they look to portray at this location,they have much bigger issues. The one star alone was for the young boy Donald, for handling himself super well, when he isclearly not being given help. Read more

Walked out and didn't buy Panini after worker went from office to making Panini no gloves no washing hands or anything. When he... saw me look at his hands he tried to put the gloves on. Same overnight guy has messed up my order before for getting cheesemultiple times. Read more
