Placed online order. Ordered zaxby signature club meal. 5 PC Chicken fingers meal. Specify asked if sauces were in bag & straws.... Was told yes. Get home and the signature club consisted of a bun 3 Pickles and a Chicken patty.. That is not what I ordered. One straw for 2 drinks and missing sauce. Manager didn't seem concerned when I called to make her aware. She responded would Ilike to come back and get a straw. I told her no I would like a refund for the difference in what I ordered and what Ireceived. I was asked to send an email which I did on Oct 11th. Received a response from Taylor. Stated they needed my addressto send me some gift cards for my trouble. Needless to say that never happened. Read more

Had to take the chickens back and have fresh made. Spicy chicken sandwich was ok. Fries were old. Bathroom was dirty

Got a Cobb salad 11/1/22 . Got to work and had no egg no bacon and no salad dressing. Could not leave work to get it fixed .... I would give NO stars if I could. We ordered our food for dine in. Waited 45 minutes for our food. I walked to counter to ask... about our good and cook in back stated she did not have our ticket so our food was never made. I asked for refund and theemployees were very unprofessional. I asked for the new under 600 calorie salad with boiled egg on it and griied chicken. The girl taking my order said that it's... the house salad. When my husband brought it to our table there was no egg and it had fried chicken. I ate about a 1 of it sincefirst it was almost 9pm and second on Weight Watcher's that salad is 21 points and I'm only allowed 19. Read more

It?s common to wait an average of 30 minutes to go through the drive thru at this Zaxby?s. Then, you better check your food to... make sure it?s right. Our last experience (and I mean our last because we will not be returning), I had to go in to get ourdrive thru order because they asked us to pull up and forgot about us. The kids working up front we?re just standing aroundwhile the garbage cans were over flowing & trash was on the floor & counter in the self serve section.
