Passing through town 30 minutes before close and I had somewhat low expectations. Just trying to feed the family as we drove... back home. Much to my surprise, this was a truly great experience. Keep in mind, this is 9:30pm right before close. There were aLOT of cars in front of us in the drivethru and I was expecting it to take forever. The person taking our order was incrediblypleasant and attentive, repeating back my order each item I added and asking if I needing anything else (I did, multiple times.????). The line moved quickly with 5-6 cars processing really quickly. Staff taking payment was very polite and in a great mood.Food was ready right as we got to the window for pickup, which was extra surprising because we had several custom items withcondiments. They got our order right and we were out of there in a flash. I forgot to ask for ketchup so I circled back aroundand the lady at the payment window walked around to get me ketchup so I wouldn?t have to wait as long and seemed genuinely happyto help. Then, the food (burgers, fries, AND nuggets) were fresh, hot, and delicious. I eat Wendy?s quite a bit and this stillstood out to me as extra tasty. I will say this, when you?ve had a long day and have grumpy, tired, hungry children in the car,I can?t say enough about how this experience helped with the rest of the trip home. Thank you to the staff for taking such greatcare of us and going above and beyond. Also, my daughter tried the new strawberry frosty and she loved it so much none of therest of us got to try it. Lol. The manager was easy to identify. She was directing front and back very efficiently. Order was taken and delivered quickly.... Really liked the air of cooperation among the employees. There was no rush, just the look of everyone doing their jobeffectively. Nice store. Read more

Stopped here on my way back to Tennessee just to grab a quick bite for myself and my dogs. Pulled up to the order box, they... greeted me, I told them what I wanted, and the woman told me that they're not serving I asked what she meant, but she neveranswered me again. ***EDIT***. I drove back by them on my way to interstate about 10 minutes later, after going up to Arby's.They were still in fact serving people coming through the drive-thru. Read more
I Ordered 6 sandwiches, several fries and a chicken nugget and a Dr Pepper. I pull up to the window and am handed a sprite one... burger and one fry. I say this is not my order. The girl says to a guy that means that guy took her order. I sit there for tenminutes, I?m assuming while they redo my order. They hand me several bags and I proceed to look through them to see if it iscorrect. I can tell I?m missing a fry and a sandwich. They just look at me and I have to unwrap all the sandwiches to see what Iam missed while the girl rolls her eyes at me. I said I?m sorry but I?m not leaving til I get what I paid for. I then say what Iam missing and they ask for the bags back. Tiffany comes over and starts reading my order and I grab my receipt to follow along.She snaps at me and says I have your order here on the screen. I said yes that?s right but I?m missing a sandwich and a fry. Shesays I have the fry here and your sandwich was in the bag with the nuggets. I said no the only thing in that bag was thenuggets. She said I know it was in there cause I made the order. I said no it wasn?t and she walked away. I asked the twoemployees her name and the reluctantly said Tiffany.
