I placed an order to go and the server was very polite but the cook was rude and she had to repeat the order 4 times and all I... wanted was a plane waffle and it took 30 min to get it. I guess I didn't know what to expect. Thought I was going to a restaurant with a menu bigger that 4 or 5 choices. No omelets,... pancakes or much but waffles. Eh won't go to another now that I know. I'm sure some people would love it. Read more
Didn't appear to be busy ... Several tables available... 4 people working .... tables were dirty... Started to sit down even... though the table still had glasses on it... This older lady with pink glasses screamed at us not to sit down.... Needless to saywe left.... When I eat at Waffle House, I trust that my food will look good and taste good, but here lately, I don't know why there has been... a decline in the quality of food. Tonight I ordered grits with a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. The bacon was so burnt and sowere the grits. I assume they burned the grits at the bottom and tried to save what was on top because it didn't look burnt, butit tasted burnt and after one bite, I had to throw them in the garbage with the bacon. So, I basically had an egg and cheesesandwich. Which I could have made at home! I'm not able to cook until my health is better, but my 10 year old granddaughtercould have done a better job at cooking what I ordered! Just be sure to ask about the grits before you order them. Ask when theywere made and if they were burned at any time during the cooking process. Hope this helps! Read more

Excellent! I?ve been coming here my whole life. So glad they rebuilt it after the tornado. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich... is my go-to after work meal. Judy is an amazing cook, I don?t know how she keeps up with all the orders and also helps serve atthe same time. Heather is a great hostess. The food is always fresh and delicious. Read more
