The only thing I'll order from this location with caution is a drink and even then I wonder. Their made well so they have a good... fountain person but food is cold or hard or almost not able to eat so I havent ordered it from this location in a long whilesorry. Read more

It was going to be a visit to grab a bite to eat and an ice cream. The food was good and prepared to order. The only problem was... they were out of cheese sticks, understandable in the days we are in. The next problem was they were also out of ice cream, thatmakes two out of three visits no ice cream. Not sure I understand that, so don't get your hopes up if you plan on getting an icecream. Read more

I parked at 3 different stalls before I had to. Holler and ask if they were open when a carhop walked to serve another car she... said only the drive thru was supposed I saw no sign about that since I ordered mine online. I hate leaving bad reviews in understaffed times like these, but this place is truly awful. Every time I've gone here it's taken... at least 20 minutes to order. Today was no different except there was literally NO ONE ahead of us in line. After ordering wewaited another 17 minutes for our food. I get that everywhere is shortstaffed, but c'mon, I ran a whole domino's by myself everysingle weekend and didn't take this long to get people their food. And then I didn't get an item I ordered. Seriously, just gosomewhere else. It's not worth the hassle here. Read more

Ordered blasts in the drive thru to bring home. Waited in line and took them 15 minutes to take my order. 15 minutes to get to... the window. Dropped a blast when handing the food out the window. Got half an apology. Waited for the new blast to be made foranother 15 minutes while the others melted. This place needs new management/employees Read more

We waited 25 minutes for our order ahead order. My husband pushed the button and although we had already been waiting forever,... we were immediately met with ?There?s a wait and we are very understaffed with several order ahead orders so it will be amoment? THE PARKING LOT HAD BEEN EMPTY THE WHOLE TIME! There were two employees OUTSIDE smoking and ?taking out trash? theentire time we were waiting. I worked a tax free day today with only 3 employees opening and closing on a $40,000 day and I justwanted a milkshake. If anything they are LAZY and overstaffed. I?ll stick to the East Brainerd location even though thisRinggold location is right by my house. The owner of this location clearly doesn?t care about their customers at all. They have an app for you to order ahead correct? Why am I sitting here for 20 plus minutes, while the manger is flirting with... the car beside me? doesn?t make since and the red button has been activated for a while now.. all for a simple large drink. Read more

I waited in drive thru 20 minutes. When I reached the speaker to order, I was told "sorry we're only taking orders on the app.... Place your order from your phone and there will be approximately a 15-20 minute wait for us to fill your order." The last I wentto this location, my daughter ordered the pretzel bites with cheese. Her order came with pretzels only because they told us theywere out of the cheese, but charged the same price! Whoever is trying to manage this location, needs immediate training beforethey lose all their customers. I am an extremely dissatisfied former customer!! Read more
