Ordered on online so that I would not have to wait in their ridiculously long drive thru line and even the doors say that the... dining room is open until 10 it was closed by 7:30. I ordered online and could not cancel my order. I called the store 5 timesand my call was ignored every time. The sign says dine in open. That?s a lie. At 11:00 doors are locked. After standing outside for few minutes someone pointed for... us to use the drive thru. Nope took my business somewhere else where I was welcomed inside. Ridiculous!!! Read more
Sat in the drive thru for over 55 minutes and then someone literally goes to take the trash out. 55 minutes because we got stuck... where you can?t pull off unfortunately! Why are you not helping get the food out? The line was wrapped around the building.Whyare you not cooking more meat when you know your slammed and cut the time? I was wanting to pick up food from here after I got off work but when u sit in a line for more then 15 min and it doesn't move... you decide to go elsewhere. Thats exactly what I did. Taco Bell got my money. Sorry krystals do a better job at moving yourlines in a efficient manner. It's called fast food for a reason. It's suppose to be fast! So I eat here A LOT.. or at least I did until today.. That will be my last. I waited in line accordingly as usual waiting... because I knew the burgers would be fresh.. Waited my turn got my food and went home just to find out I had been served burntburgers . . When I call back I was made out to be a liar. The woman said we had a burn batch but I threw them all away.. umm nou didn't.. and how would I know unless I had gotten them??!! So you can make someone else out to be a liar.. and I'm not donewith this review either. I will be contacting Dillion McGaha also about this situation. Drive-Thru took exactly 50 minutes from order to food at the window. Then the medium soda is $2.49 and the Strawberry Shake is... $2.99. A .50 cent difference, but Town Ringgold, Georgia Krystal?s up-charges you a $1.09, profiting .59 cents. Then I askedfor a large cup of ice and the woman tells me, ?I can only give you a small cup of ice?. I just paid your up charge profit andwaited 50 minutes in your line because Krystal?s only schedules 2 employees to work a July 4th weekend. CEO?s need to takecare of their paying customers and retrain their workers to be compassionate towards customers. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a 24 pack combo with no... pickles. We waited in line for quite a while and didn?t mind because we THOUGHT the food would be fresh. They give us our foodand half of the Krystal?s had pickles and our fries were cold which wasn?t the main issue? It was the fact that they gave ushalf RAW half old Krystal?s. They were so old the onions were shriveled & brown and there was an indention on the bun where thepatty was sitting. My boyfriend went inside and asked for our money back and they didn?t even question why. They already knew.While we were waiting for our money back we watched them scrape onions off pre-made Krystal?s to give to the next people who I?massuming asked for no onions. I really hope a manager takes care of this because stuff like that is what can make peopleextremely ill. Read more
