I usually love Bojangles but they need to at-least buy better drink holders because they should not be breaking like this when i... just put my hand on it, why is it soggy? plus we ordered some bo berry biscuits with extra icing right? if you look at thepicture, it almost seems they did the opposite of what we asked. Best Bojangles in the country! They always go above and beyond to serve their customers. From the love the biscuit maker puts in... to the care in making the orders to the smiles the cashier gives. Not crazy about the light christian rock/rap music, but Idigress. Read more
I came at 520 am they open at 5 am. No one answered the drive thru. I parked someone unlocked the door as I parked but didn't... say anything. I went back thru the drive thru nothing. I walked in said are you open and was told no. They had no biscuitsready. There were 2 people in the building working. If you are not going to open when posted change your hours, make a sign,turn off the drive thru lights maybe. Some indication other than eating peoples time because " you are dory staged" butpretending you are open. Read more
I hate that this location is so poor because I feel like they have a great location and a fairly new building, but this store... has an issue every single time I visit. They are always out of something, which I would probably typically blame on the currentstate of affairs, but other locations do not seem to have the same issues. Echoing the sentiments of several others, biscuitsare hard 50% of the time and apparently the most they have ever done regarding "curbside" was driving the posts in the ground. The last two days I have ordered a mobile order, pulled into the parking spot, clicked "I'm Here" only to wait for 10 minutesbefore pulling into the drivethru to get my food. There seems to be no interest in providing the service from this location. Idon't expect any results from this location as I've left several negative reviews with no results. Our biscuits were hockey puck hard, so we stopped back by to get our money back. The lady didn't look in the bag, ask what was... wrong, or anything. You should never be too busy to listen to a customer's concerns or the quality of the food. She refunded mymoney without a single question. Read more
AMAZING Staff here! I ordered 100 biscuits the day before and they had them ready at 6:30am. They did not hesitate a single bit.... That morning, at 6:30am, the young lady was kind enough to help me take the order to my car even though it was pouring rainoutside. Great Service! Read more
This Bojangles was so clean I thought it was just built! I was shocked to learn it had actually been open for 2 years. It still... smells like fresh paint in there! Staff were friendly and efficient, our meal was delicious and they got everything right. Ifyou're looking for food at this exit, you can't go wrong at this Bojangles! We tried the new chicken sandwich by the way. Itwas good, a little spicy but not too much... If you look at it, the meat has a little bit of an orange tint, so I think there'sa bit of a buffalo sauce in the breading! It's not like Popeyes where the spice is just the sauce that's put on it, the breadingand meat itself actually have the spiciness fried in. I tried their Bo-berry biscuit which was a sweet blueberry treat andawesome dessert. Also! You can only get a special flavor of Mountain Dew at Bojangles so we had to try that too. It was afruity tropical punch if you are into that, so don't miss out on your chance to sample it as well. Read more
