Always clean. Great treatment by staff. Food needs tweaking on prep. Heated buns on the sliders would be nice. The bread on the... sandwiches we had was cold like it came out of a fridge. Made the sliders less palatable than usual. Read more
Today tried the Diablo Roast Beef. Kind of disappointed because I expected it to be very spicy. It was not. Fast drive thru and... great customer service. Orange cream shakes are great! Tried the hush puppy battered fish and was very pleased. Read more

Lady taking order at drive through was very rude then I got up to the window and was disturbed by the looks of the employees I... saw. I told them cancel my order. These folks looked as though they had not bathed in several days and on top of being rude,no thanks!! Read more
First time going to this Arby's.... My visit was perfect. The girl that took our order was prompt and courteous. Food was... fantastic, fresh and hot and everything was absolutely perfect. Which I can't say about most fast food places. Keep up the goodwork and I would recommend this particular Arby's to anyone.. Read more
Friendly staff and great service. We came in close to closing time and were greeted with a smile from everyone! Served quickly... and even though they were cleaning to close everyone was friendly and courteous. Read more
The food was good and I didn't even mind the 9 to 10min wait because they were busy and thats not too long since we got 4 meals.... What I wasn't happy with is I was greeted "you can order when you're ready" I should have replied but I didn't say anything thenshe came back on and said "you can order (3 second pause) please" the tone of her voice was irritated and I said I was told toorder when I'm ready and I'm not yet I need a minute please. So we order pull up and by the sound of her voice and I'm assumingthe manager on duty says something like 9 minutes on drive thru Jesus christ. Which I get you want your team moving fast to getthe orders out but you get one person worked up or in a bad mood during situations like that your crew is not going to work aswell and it's just a uncomfortable environment. The last part was we were asked if we wanted any sauces and we tell they guy atthe window the sauce we want. The lady then asks if we want sauce and we tell her and she looks at the guy in drive thru andsays "for what just to have it" Well ma'am we were asked if we want sauce so we told you what we wanted. Maybe we want to dipour fries in it. Maybe she was having a bad day or something and it happens working in fast food I get it and it could havebeen worse. I will still eat there the food was great. Racist staff ! They messed up my order on purpose and made fun of me like they couldn?t understand what I was saying just... because I?m not white. It?s not even about the money at this point but such a waste of time and money ! I asked to fix my orderand they still didn?t stop being rude and racist. That was the 2nd time at this location same woman made fun of my autistic sonin the car. Read more
