Reviews are what led us to try it. But beware. This place was terrible. My confirmation told me 30 minutes. I got there 5... minutes early but then I sat and waited for another 30. 15 minutes after sitting down, they tell me they're out of a mainingredient for one of the items (my meal) and couldn't make it. They took it off the bill, but that left me with nothing to earand after waiting as long as I already had, I wasn't going to ask them to make me something else. Once we finally got the food,we went home and sorted it, and everyone dug in. The only thing that was decent (not fantastic) was the pilgrim sandwich. Thesteak and cheese was bland, and EXTREMELY dry. The "chili" was not even close to being actual chili, and was entirely inedible.The broccoli balls were ok, but one of them was NOT broccoli, it was mushroom (as least I hope it was, since it certainly wasn'tbroccoli), and the person who bit into it hates mushrooms. Expecting it to be broccoli and biting into something gross to them,they spat it out and threw it away. For the obscene amount of money a few sandwiches cost, and how pedestrian the food was, Iwould never go back. Read more
In the area for a camping trip and found Sandwich Master, they did not disappoint!! This might legitimately be the best club... sandwich I?ve ever had, they had huge portions and quality meats, and the man who cashed out my order was very friendly! Thanksfor the great meal! Read more
Just a little constructive criticism. I got take out last weekend from advice of a family member. I ordered the poutine with... chicken (never had it before) and my husband got a steak/cheese grinder. What I got was cheese fries (no chicken) and an averagesteak & cheese grinder. Yes, I was a little disappointed, as was my husband. I ate a little of the cheese fries & threw the restout. My husband wasn?t all that thrilled with the steak & cheese. Place seemed a little short staffed and perhaps they led towhat seemed to be disorganization. The owner should be there to supervise and provide help when needed. When I owned a sandwichshop of my own (franchise based also) I was always there for my employees to help out and provide a positive experience forguests. I just had one of the best burger! I don't know why they aren't packed all the time!
This isn?t meant to be a bashing review but more of a message to the team to help better improve your customer experience. No... menus on display when you walk in. That?s huge. As a first time customer walking in, it?s important to any business to displaywhat you?re selling. I watched an older couple walk out because they didn?t have cell service to look at your menu online. Outof corned beef for a Ruben. Out of onion rings. Could not break a $20. The steak and cheese tasted like it was drowned inpepper. I hope management and leadership take these as action items to help promote a positive customer experience. Whatever you do do not go in the lobby.... We got yelled at for almost opening the second gate.... Once all that was sorted out... we didn't have to wait too long and the food was good. Read more
This place is SO GOOD. After a 4 hour hike, we stopped randomly. The man there was kind and friendly, and the FOOD. portions are... huge and delicious. I got the buffalo chicken quesadilla and my friend got the garden veggie quesadilla and both of us exclaimedabout how good it was multiple times while eating. Stop in, you won?t regret it! Read more
