Spoke to the "manager" Mya about how my loaded fries had no ranch and hardly any cheese and my signature club sandwich was... missing ingredients. She proceeds to tell me " I personally made your order so I know it's right" Well ma'am if you are reallythe manager that is not how you handle customer issues, secondly, if a customer tells you they have proof your next responseshouldn't be well I need to see the pictures first. This grand opening went way smoother than the new Wendy's down the road. It's a little slow but really not any worse than other... fast food restaurants nearby and the workers are MUCH more pleasant. I also appreciate that they accounted for being so busywith the cones and drive through lanes. So far so good. Hope they keep up the good work! Read more
