Ordered my food, went to first window to pay. Nobody was at window, waited a few seconds and just figured maybe they are taking... money at second window. Pull up to second window to pay and manager gives me an attitude about how I just drove past the paywindow. Manager kept giving me a hard time so I told her she can just keep the food then. Odered a Big Mac and got a small Mac. I suggest they hang pictures with how one should be made properly.
I came in to order breakfast even though I do not eat breakfast from McDonald's. I ordered one sausage egg biscuit meal with an... iced coffee. I asked that they not put so much cream and sugar so that I can taste the coffee. They put the coffee on thecounter and it was straight white. No exaggeration. I asked that they take it back and redo it. She brings it back and lookslike she poured out a quarter of cream and sugar and added a little bit of coffee. I was highly upset. And ask for a refund whenI did so the manager had an attitude immediately before even approaching me. I do not like McDonald's especially this one Ishould have never even stopped there. The customer service is always terrible. Every time I have been to this location no one speaks and if they do it is usually a... snotty remark. I?ve been here 10+ times and my order has never been correct. It?s a very simple order (only 2 items). I haveeven tried using the app and it still remains incorrect time and time again. I will drive the extra miles to go to the poolerlocation. Really, ANY other McDonalds location is better than this one. Save yourself the time. Read more
Terrible! Terrible! I can't even believe how bad it was. The workers were arguing the entire time we were there. There was a... line that went to the door. The workers had to lock the door to keep other customers from coming in because they couldn't keepup. The inside was not clean at all. There were flies all over the place and the temperature was extremely warm for arestaurant. A pile of trash from the bathrooms was in the middle of the dining area. Also, there is no drink machine in theeating area. I say this because they forgot our drinks with our order and it took like five minutes to get someone's attention.They didn't come to the counter to see what we were waiting for... We stopped there 3 days ago and waited 20 minutes to be helped and were the only ones at the counter. The worker behind the... counter said she needed the manager to help her with a code bc the last customer walked out. (We aren?t surprised!) Anyway, weordered and watched as only the drive thru was being served. The manager wasn?t doing much to help and the worker who was takingorders, was touching money, wiping her nose and then getting fries! We asked for our money back after 40 minutes. The manager(Jessica) was rude and disrespectful to us and the staff. She said she was over this and ready to go. Wish I could give a zero, to be honest I don?t go to McDonalds or any burger fast food places but I decided since my wife wanted... food late at night on the way home I would stop by Mickey Ds, well guess what, shake machine is broke, haha, go figure, I canget with that because it?s always broke, everywhere. There is memes about this, comedians make jokes about it, so it?s normal.Why even advertise milkshakes or McFlurrys. That?s on me, I should?ve known better. Attitudes were horrible, I guess peoplehave bad days but it was literally everyone I talked to. First window is for money, next window is for drinks and the curb infront of the restaurant is where you get your food, after you are parked for 10 minutes. Read more
