Pizza terrible and all 3 drinks were flat. Very disappointed. Waste of my $18.
I went in to get an Italian cheese bread to my surprise the price has went up almost 2 dollars, than I got my food and was cold,... doughy (undercooked) and nobody will answer the phones. This was a few months ago. I tried again today and nobody knew nothingabout the "meal deals" the so called G.M acted like she didn't want to give me my money back after not properly getting what Iordered. I really enjoy their pizza. No real complaints here. Best to order through their app
Went to little caesars just to pick up a hot and ready, and the cashier took 20 minutes to finally see what I wanted (no "I'll... be right with you", no "hello", nothing). Her only concern was making pizzas (in which she probably not going to have to worryabout that if she doesn't have any customers!!), when finally being waited on for a hot and ready, she walks off for another 5minutes, then open the hot and ready bin to grab my pizza.....Will never come back to Rincon lil ceaser's! I want to be able to order through Door Dash, but extra cheese isn't listed as a topping?????? ???? I don't want fresh... mozzarella. I just want extra of LC's famous cheese. Someone needs to fix this asap!! And since you don't allow "specialinstructions? either, ???? I can't add it in- even though I know there will be an extra charge for it. I just want my pizzaright. So I'm going to add to the customer service problems on here. I ordered on the app and didn't pay attention to the wait time... because it is usually no more than 10 mins. I wait about 30min and then go inside. The person at the counter tells me "wellthe wait time on the app is an hour" right before this she tells a customer that his food will be ready in 8 mins. I asked herwhy do I have to wait an hour when his will be ready in 8 mins. Apparently walking take presadence over online orders. Shouldn't orders be done in the order they come in? Read more
This location NEVER answers their phone. I called to place an order and the phone rang & rang then someone would pick up then... hang up. When I got there they told me it's bc they're busy. There was absolutely nobody there. They never have anythingeither.. How hard is it to keep inventory for the only thing they sell?? Here I am 10 months later on 11/17/22 with anotherawful review. I walk up to the door and there is a note that states the credit/debit card machine is broken and they're onlytaking cash so I had to go find an ATM. I called twice before coming in to place an order for a thin crust pizza but once againthey NEVER answer the phone. It's 6pm and they're only doing hot & ready and nothing else for at least another hour per thewomen at the front. That would have been great to know prior to going to the ATM.
